Nah I’m way ahead of you. Unfortunately life got in the way as to where I couldn’t get it tuned immediately after doing this. But that’s in the works rn. Had to clarify pricing and what to do with the PCM

@@ThePookieGang honestly bro I was thinking on getting a scat but I’ll just save myself 10gs and get an RT it’s super underrated and sounds so good! And who tf needs to get hella fast on public roads. To me the rt is a win.
Those 10Gs can be put in an R/T and you’d be gapping Scat Packs for sure

No tune yet. I’ll be putting it in the shop within the next month to have it back and see what kind of Horsepower I’m making to the wheels before more parts. Emissions are coming up for me so I can’t wait around and be FBO before the time like I wanted to be 😂
@@ThePookieGang what are you going to be doing for that emission test ?
Illinois does OBD test so as long as my car is tuned, there shouldn’t be an issue. Haven’t heard about them actually checking for Cats or doing a Smell Test so we’ll see when the time comes.

Yeah. I’ve been running tuneless for a few months now. Not by choice, just need to get it in the shop. If I weren’t Catless now, I may not have thrown a code
What mid pipes did you use for the headers
Factory Midpipes. Got em welded on because JBA can’t legally sell Headers or Midpipes anymore since they aren’t 50 State Legal
@@ThePookieGang what’s you do just cut off stock cats and use the stock mid pipes and weld them on?
@@lavishskylar1211 Yep. I didn’t have time to order a Midpipe and wait for it to arrive in the mail so we just chopped the cats off. Setup is Headers, Cat Delete, Mid Muffler Delete, and Factory Midpipe.

Ziptied em away. I still need to get the car tuned so it’ll stop checking for the Sensors that are supposed to go in the Cats. We’re releasing an update video within the next few days since I haven’t said much about it since doing the Headers. But it’ll explain why I haven’t gotten the tune just yet.
Tuned after long tubes ?
Not yet. Shops have been booked and I had to find a place that can work on my car as well as get HP Tuners. Now all I have to do is ship out my PCM and pay for the tune
@@ThePookieGanghave you had any problems running it without a tune? I have the same long tubes just haven’t installed them because of the same reason shop has been booked
@@railkid3717 Car HATES partial throttle and would prefer to be in Sport Mode otherwise it’ll get real jerky and it’ll feel like you got a huge Cam in it. Other than that, Fuel Economy is down but that was to be expected regardless. Tune will fix all of those problems right up.
@@ThePookieGangwhat exhaust are you using or is it straight piped ? Also since it’s not tuned have you felt any power increase since installing it ?
@@dogfood2105 My Exhaust is still Factory. I got a Mid Muffler before I threw in the Headers and I had to ditch the cats to get those on. So all together, 1-7/8” JBA Long Tube Headers, Cat Delete and Mid Muffler Delete. I used my Factory Mid Pipe. It feels like I gained power but I know the tune with optimize it fully. At this point the only reason I haven’t gotten one is because I bought a Cam to Install this Spring and it doesn’t make sense to get it tuned and then have to go right back for when I do the Cam. Hope this helps!
