      Oh yes yes diastasis is close to my heart! I am in a good diastasis group that has given me so much knowledge!

    How tall are you pregnant momma? I'm 5'2 so my belly has to stretch out so much more!

    pregnant with baby #2 and already have diastasis :( is this a way to help prevent it from getting worse with this pregnancy? are there any other exercises you would recommend? also interested to know what diastasis group you are in! I'm also 5'2" and my belly gets really big with pregnancy thus the diastasis!

      Hi Emily! Yes this is the a way I helped prevent diastasis from getting worse! Also the way i closed it postpartum! Diastasis Safe Olivia Cagle has a channel and Instagram with tons of info and exercise videos! She’s also my good friend! th-cam.com/users/OliviaCagle

I've been trying so hard to close my gab PP, but I only had 4 months before getting pregnant again, I was able to close it halfway but I feel like it's getting worse already :( is it possible to continue to close gap while pregnant with the right exercises?

      It is over stretching of the linea alba tissue that make a big and deep vertical gap in between your ab muscles!

      Can be! But has a lot to do with your collagen elasticity!
