Love the transparency Lionel. Pure and one of the main reason you are a fan favorite...you are never shy to share failures and successes that all of us experience in sport and life. I am 100% behind you at Miami and will tune in to watch for sure.

Applaud your honesty, sincerity & courage. Not just anyone can pull this off. Being so transparent about oneself can lead to serious repercussions, at the detriment to oneself. Respect. All the best and enjoy your race.

This is incredible. I love the transparency of your training. I have yet to see hardly any pro / elite level athletes willing to share their training especially not to this detail. I always thought the secrecy by most is kind of silly, you still have to show up and race even if they "know what you did" the competition still has to show up on race day.
Most of all Lionel is such a great resource and genuine human being for so many to look up to.
    Thank you.

Did you think about the following:
    - Nutrition and hydration
    - Bike maintenance and spares
    - Specific tire setup for riding on coarse asphalt
    - Charged DI2 setup
    - No new equipment on race day
    - Covid administration
Love your video's and i'm a major fan, go and kick some in Miami!

The way you just break it down is unreal and so honest. Gustav Iden drops a mutant run at 3:13/k OTB at Daytona and Lionel is just so focused on re-adapting his training so he can go with that next time, so cool to see.

First thanks for all the content you (and Talbot ;) ) make - big inspiration! If I may suggest. It would be nice if you did add how many hours you spend in the gym - and maybe a video of how you recover from all the hard workouts. Just a few things I thought of. (Maybe I just should look in the older videos) - any way again thanks for all the things you make! Looking forward to see you compete against Jan! :)

My Man, I think it is amazing to see that you are really tackling the things that hold you back so far. I just want to say, think about your Daytona race. It went really well, with a great run. But you were pist off with yourself, because you were wearing your tt-suit and not your tri-suit. Maybe there are some other things that you are looking back at, which could help you in Miami.
Good luck and I hope you win (then I win too€€€) XD
