    The voice control works very fine. You can also change the key word, if you don’t like to say „hey BMW“. Or you press the activation button on the steering wheel.

    Oldsmobile had head up display in the ‘80’s. Nissan Maxima had HUD in 88. Corvette 97 had HUD. Long before BMW

    What is the difference between the M sport and the M sport pro, or is it the same?

      Good question. The M Sport package includes nice optical details, the sport steering wheel or the sport suspension.
      The M Sport Pro is like the next level with even more details and the sport brake.
      if you head to the configurator you‘ll see the difference right away🙌🏼🏎️

    your reason for why the ix1 does not have a frunk is wrong. There would be enough space. Actually, they don't want a frunk. When people see a car with open engine hood, they think of a breakdown. bmw does not want that association.

      now that’s actually a pretty intesreting theory - did not think about that🤔😳

      I do not miss the frunk. I prefer the electric trunk opening (no dirty hands from a dirty front hood when closing it). If it rains you can stand „under“ the trunk door while getting the cable curled up again.

    Fully supporting you. Millions years of evolution gave us several channels to proceed info. modern automakers discard the tactile perception, and overload visual channel. Ineffective, unsafe.
    I hope that in the future they will return to buttons as one of the most optimal instruments.
    There was a perfect I-Drive, why to break the perfect instrument which works great... silly.

    NO, you wrong- this car does not go 400km - its maximum is 350 in summer, with eco mode

      listen closely to what I am saying: 400km is WLTP. My experience is between 280-350km.

    This car is nowhere near 2500 kg

    • @driven-talk
      @driven-talk  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      fair point - it's "up to" 2580 kg. Sorry for the mistake and thanks for mentioning it.🤝 The car weighs 2085 kg in an empty state.
