The most extreme group do take nothing from the goverment and rely solely on donations and contribution fron richer orthodox groups (mostly american like aris family). They basically have their own "lil country" inside israel in different neighborhoods in some cities. And now they got inside our parliment and thing are going to be fucked for us - normal ppl.
