So basically the point of these videos is to prove that prime Michael Jordan was 100 times better than Lebron James both offensively and defensively. Got it. I watched MJ's entire career unfold live and saw him in his prime in person 6 times from 1991 to 1995. There was nothing like watching MJ from 1986 to 1993 before his first retirement (they didn't broadcast as many Bulls games nationally in 1984-85 and MJ missed most of the 1985-86 season with a broken foot). I was there in Market Square Arena on March 19, 1995 when MJ came back from baseball wearing #45, I sat right above Bob Costas and Marv Albert doing the NBA on NBC pregame show. I watched the 72-10 Bulls in person. After that it was impossible to get Bulls tickets unless it was from a scalper, they sold out the same way certain Air Jordans sell out today. I've also watched Lebron's entire career and have seen him play in person 4 times, in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2023. Lebron is pretty good against weak competition but he wouldn't put up the same numbers with the same efficiency in the 1980s and 1990s, the lane was more congested than it is today with dominant big men and the defense was much more physical. MJ was better than Lebron and always will be no matter how long he plays to stat pad his numbers. Deal with it.
The Taylorville Daily Breeze Courier 01 Feb 1989, Wed Page 9 Laimbeer said the key to the victory "was Dantley's ability to make Jordan foul him. "Jordan likes to gamble and come around a lot," said Laimbeer. "But it's hard to get around Adrian."
I'm also looking at the defense played (and what an "illegal defense" call was), the physicality, the soft whistles, the plays being ran, etc. Jordanites have been criticizing today's era since they are watching it in real time. I am being motivated to watch full games of Jordan's era and breaking them down.
MJ the best. Some1 put LBJ high Stat game and pointed out the same thing about his stats that he was given credit for, but he shouldn't have gotten. Things happen, but I never saw an attempt to tear someone down to make another look better. LBJ worldwide is not considered the Goat. Know 1 cares about stats or longevity. I would like to see reports on the steroid question that keeps coming up.
It's questioning the DPOY award. Nothing to do with LeBron. This is why over the years I have found it very hard to take Michael's super fans seriously. Every time Jordan is mentioned they instantly think of LeBron. It's so weird.
@@kenlen8029Dude the articles title includes “has Lebron been chasing a ghost?” Of course, the writer - who covered Lebron from 2010-2014, who also went on Lebatard’s show & proclaimed Lebron the goat in 2017 - is using this for the goat narrative. Then the writer doesn’t actually have the balls to upload this “holy grail” footage he obtained from Latvia. You can’t make the shit up.
Only thing this game is showing is jordan is the greatest player ever 😂😂😂

Not about LeBron, just to enjoy rewatchinng
As they say, Jordan gambles for steals too much. Noticed it quite a few times during this game.

Look up how that worked out at the end of game 6 in 1998 finals. Steal. Last Shot. #6 🏆
@@esimms5101 The point is it's often detrimental and part of the reason some say Mike wasn't the defender some think he is.
So 27 years later we’re reviewing a game to see if numbers don’t add up. Really, this is where we’re at to try and uplift Bronny Sr??
It’s actually more like 37 years later, but yes you are right.
Just watching the game, jeez
@@rackball5858 Damn, that makes it even worse.

Wait, just to be clear, this is the Knick's homecourt right? So we are not going to watch out for the stat padding right? 😂
1:43:55 " And Collins hugging Jordan who blocked the 3 pt attempt". Really bad defense by Jordan, undeserving of the DPOY 😂

That travel call on Oakley in the 1st was terrible lol
😂😂😂 yea that was terrible lol
Less of a controversy and more like babies trying anything they can to cut under the goat to prop up the failing goat.
People asking for the proof atlest hes posting vids for people to do there research
Nope. It's a major controversy that Jordanites are trying to suppress.

This basketball is hard to watch honestly....my goodness

MJ playing some bad defense. The first play was a gamble. That lead to a open shot
