I understand managers asking this for a project management position. But I got this question while interviewing for an internship position right out of college. I thought it was weird since I don't expect to manage anybody as an intern. And from someone coming out of college, I haven't had much exposure to leadership positions.

Hi Madeline. I've had my 2nd interview for one of the big4s and feedback I received said they think Im more senior than the position I applied for and now Im in for 3rd round . This would assess my MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVENESS and LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS. What kinda behavioral questions should I expect for these areas . Thanks

I really dislike the use of the word "style" in this context. For me it's more of a philosophical approach and I try to articulate in that way. It may likely need to be adjusted organically based on the environment or situation. "Style" implies a templated approach that fits neatly in a box. Maybe I'm simply arguing semantics....

Problem with your video - you lost first 2 minutes building up to the actual answer. Think from person who is preparing for interview - they need to prepare 50 question and for each they want to listen for many answer before building theirs. So, time is of essence and its better to come straight to the point
