      This is just superb, I have been researching "how do you harness the power of chi?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fonebastian Unexpected Framework - (just google it ) ? It is a good one of a kind guide for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.

Orientalcurrent is one of the best sites I ever found that well explains instant Chi & sexual energy replenishment as well kidney essence restoration using non-invasive modality on acupoints from Daoism. When Chi flows freely throughout the body without blockages, it fixs up both problems.

    Rachael, I think it's important that you know that you rush guests on your show a lot but the true reason why they run out of time because you keep interrupting them. I know you don't care and it's how you've run your show for years but it will be one of the major reasons why people watch less and less. We want to hear what the guests have to say as well. Not just chopped up bits of what they're saying because they keep getting interrupted. Thank you!

      I totally agree. She is a terrible listener, she doesn’t let her guests speak and I remember she does this to almost all her guests (like Billy Crudup). That’s why I don’t watch her shows anymore. I came here to learn more about acupuncture and all I hear is her voice all over the place. I’m surprised none of her colleagues gave her feedback or perhaps they did and she refused to learn and improve.

    Acupuncture vs. Dry Needling
    Acupuncture and dry needling are often confused with each other. Both procedures involve the insertion of needles into the skin. However, there are some important differences between these two procedures.
    Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been used for over 3000 years. It is based on the belief that there is a life force energy, known as qi, that flows through the body. The goal of acupuncture is to restore balance to the body by correcting any imbalances in the flow of qi.
    Dry needling is a relatively new procedure that has only been used for the past few decades. It is based on the Western medical model of anatomy and physiology. The goal of dry needling is to release muscle tension and trigger points. There are some similarities between acupuncture and dry needling.
    However, there are also some important differences. Acupuncture is a holistic approach to medicine that looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms of the disease. Dry needling is a more targeted approach that focuses on specific muscle groups.
    Learn about the various Acupuncture Treatment Modalities and what you can expect from a session with a Certified Doctor of Acupuncture by visiting

      Does that qi is just a blood flow in modern explanation? Afaik Qi energy is from stomach, same as food we eat and disgested, then instentine suck that to blood , and blood carry that around the body.

    "IT'S A ONE HOUR SHOW" she "barks" at the doc with an uncomfortably loud, howling guffaw. How rude! She interrupts constantly and then she insults the guest, a doctor of accupuncture.
    I wasn't expecting R. R in this video reduced to making a mockery of what the doc was doing and trying to explain to us, but then again was it because she wasn't in control of the situation as she likes to be on her show, so she made a "joke" and "levity" of a serious medical treatment and asked to party with the doc when he brought out his longer needles and even asked the doc if he liked to party. Insolence at it's R.R. finest. The doc was the "bigger person" and just "rolled" with it. R.R.'s insolence/ignorance was totally unacceptible behavior and did nothing to promote the medical segment of the show.

    Acupuncture is one of the best ways of treating any disease. I recommend it for everyone. I tried one sesion at specialist and I was feeling better but I also want to learn it so I bought a book with this and I started doing it on myself and it really helps me, Im feeling better and better, I can sleep with the neeples on my front body when i want to sleep on my back or sides or I have neeples on my back when I sleep on my stomach or sides and my sleeping is nice and well i can really good regenerate. Im also feeling better spiritually and intelectualy so it helps to unlock health in every spaces of our beings ;p I can really good feel when I can put the neeple where not, my nervous system entry the nipple and say okay welcome or it say not there and I cannot put there neeple beacause of pain and blocade, the pain should be little and also very pleasurable, but better when it comes relax and energy with it ;))

    With all the giggling and laughing this is no joke people. I had years of severe neck pain and neck stiffness that was cured through only 3 sessions of acupuncture. This of course was after all sorts of medications such as Meloxicam, steroid shots, muscle relaxers and opiates. I've had MRI's, xrays you name it not to mention thousands in medical bills. Nothing that modern medicine did helped me at all. If you are on the fence with acupuncture, just do it and you don't even need to thank me later.

    My acupunture doctor says he can heal my double vision & other side effects from my brain cancer, but I'd rather do surgery again than lay on a bed for 2 hours, not moving, for 2-3 weeks.

    I want to conduct a fake acupuncture and see what the placebo effects are

    • @albedougnut
      @albedougnut 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It has been tested before in single blind studies with "sham" needles (that do not actually puncture the skin), though it is pretty difficult to do. Of those single blind studies, there is evidence of a statistically significant difference between the sham and the placebo groups. However, the actual effect size is only moderate. As a result, a common criticism given only moderate effect sizes (rather than large effect sizes) is that this could likely be influenced by a lack of a double blind model, which may lead to the observer-expectancy effect. The problem is, it is extremely difficult to near impossible to perform a double blind experiment for something like acupuncture, so it is quite difficult to determine its true effectiveness -- or whether or not the effect size would prove to be clinically significant enough to warrant the practice over other practices.
