Thank you for sharing your recipe, please do not use Canola oil, Vegetable oil, Corn oil, Rapeseed oil, Margarine read about these oils, they are not good for us. Use Avocado oil, Olive oil, Grapeseed oil, Coconut oil, Butter. We all have to eat healthier and watch out for the poison's they are putting in our food supply. Blessings to all.

Thank you for this wonderful recipe -- I made muffins (12), and used coconut sugar in place of cane sugar. I was so surpised, all were gobbled up in one day 😅 best wishes, from Edinburgh - Scotland.

After homemade, aldi has one of the best banana breads and muffins I’ve had… I’d bet Dan’s wife is grateful to you for occupying him for a little while… lol I really enjoy his sense of humor… 😊

I don't know why the rotten kid at the concession stand would be angry (other than he was called out on NOT doing his job rightfully so) or anyone would be embarrassed about you asking for it to be topped off. If you see how little fries McD puts in as opposed to the past and how drinks are not to the top, etc. I am glad Dan stood up for himself and asked for his correct amount! YAY! I have done that on occasion if it is an open thing like the bag/bucket. I swear my diet pepsi was only half full. I don't care if it is 1 cent or $100, it should be filled to the top. This isn't a box of cereal or chips "settling" to the point where we get half a bag (BOOOO). You rock, Dan! You should not be shamed. I am a woman and it really bothers me when other women reinforce that "meek, don't complain" attitude. That is why we are treated the way we are. Though we are treated poorly when we are "assertive" or stick up for ourselves. I am glad you did it for everyone! Okay, I am crazy now.

Another gimmick they have at the malls/multiplexes is to shove lots of ice cubes in your oversized 'medium' coke paper cup just to bloat the quantity and fool you into thinking you got a great deal. Nuff said, lol! Now coming tot he banana bread...yummmmm. The copy cat we saw in the video must be banned for its yummiliciousness :) Right at around 3:49 in the video I paused and replayed those few seconds so many times its insane! Keep up the awesome videos, and keep inviting good 'ol Dan to bring his 'unbiased' opinions (pun intended) to the show. He acts like he's a paid reviewer which looks and is funny, but you can tell that he is grateful for your invitation and proud of your art. Congratulations on another fabulous video!

Concerning chocolate chips, I find far too many people ruin perfectly good recipes by adding chocolate chips to them. Case in point, Oatmeal and Raisin cookies, who in their right mind, or left for that matter, would contaminate a perfectly good Oatmeal and Raisin cookie recipe with chocolate chips, probably the same ones who would put anchovies on a good pineapple pizza. The recipe looks good, my granddaughter likes Starbucks and banana bread, maybe I can save a few bucks by making this at home for her. Thank You....

Starbucks don’t use the greatest ingredients. Worst prices ever for a banana bread and the coffee on top of that McDonald’s 21 ounce roasted coffee is $2.49 and got a five star rating. Starbucks coffee for 8 ounce the same price. They’ve shut down three Starbucks are local area. they are pricing themselves out of business. But we love your recipe, Cathy. Thank you.
