    I just need to state that I will continue to do land rover content, just not exclusively.

    I concur. I love the travel videos much more than the repair videos, anyway. I mean, I love all things Land Rover, as you know, but I'd prefer to see them out bush.

      I also love the electronics videos, too. But, you know me, computer nerd at heart.

    Just keep doing you and keep doing repair videos. Don’t feel any obligation to do specific channel content even if the interest and enthusiasm is there from your audience. I think part of the interest in the Parenties is the lack of content specific to them. They’re under the Land Rover umbrella and being military and unique to the Australian army is probably what’s getting those videos noticed. For a few of us, there’s no way of seeing a Parentie in real life so seeing them through your videos and hearing you talk about them is how we get to experience them. Despite not enjoying working on them, the popularity of the videos I hope is rewarding enough to make the repairs themselves a little less miserable. Keep up the good work 👍

      I do try to cycle through types of content, I like to make sure there is something land rover here at least once a week, but I also have the 8x8 and the electronics fans on the channel too.

      @@TheAussieRepairGuythanks for mix of content. I also enjoy the electronics and repair videos as I’m very much a fixer rather than a replacer, if possible.

    Mate, i understand what your saying and doing what you want is the prerogative of being the channel creator. Make what you want or what you feel will benefit your kids. I will say that finding videos on fixing perentie's is very difficult so finding your channel has been incredible so thank you for your hard work. Its helped me work on mine. If you dont make it anymore, then thank you for what you've helped me with so far. Youve earned a subscriber.

      There will for sure be more land rover content, just not going to do it exclusively.
      got a channel fan coming down from QLD to do some land rover specific videos with me.
      I try to keep a land rover video out there each week, but I have so much other stuff as well.
      Been working on a porsche 924 lately, as well as doing some sponsorship stuff for radiacode.
      so theres a broad mix coming

    Hey mate, your health comes first and foremost, do on your videos what you like, they are great. Hope you have lots of fun with the Landy's.
    I had a couple myself, a series 2a and a 3 back in the eighties and had a great love/hate relationship with them. The bloody things grow on you. They have lots of "character". Still have a soft spot for them. Have to work out why someday. 😊

    • @TheAussieRepairGuy
      @TheAussieRepairGuy  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don't have much option but to look after myself first, and I know they do grow on you, I go places now and find myself explaining to people that "the track isn't too bad", only to see them give me a really skeptical look, and then later call me when they got stuck in their rav4 or something.

    Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to matter what video you put up someone else has done it different or done it better and feel obligated to tell you how you should have done it. As you have said to me in the past just do you and let it fall where it falls.
    Take care mate👍🏼.
