Once there was Suzuka GP back in 1993, where Sega sponsored not only the race, but a racing team called Williams. Hell, they even got Sonic the Hedgehog to be the trophy.
However, despite being in an inferior car, it was Ayrton Senna in a McLaren Honda MP4/8 who won the race.
So the ambassador of Sega being part of the Honda advertising campaign is pretty interesting looking from this point of view.

But the SEGA sponsorship is put on Williams in 1993. And indeed Senna won the 1993 Suzuka race. That means the car you're referencing to is known as MP4/8. Not MP4/4
