@@asht5905Exactly, the HDR on the front camera is terrible again. We've been pushing this button for years for the company to adjust this.

A comparison between the 13 pro and 14 pro would be great, I'm curious to see where it improved the most
Well the censor is actually smaller (1 inch down to 1/1.31 inch). But it’s still bigger than what Samsung , Apple and HUAWEI uses. However despite the fact that it’s smaller, Xiaomi really co-engineered it so it will be more stable. Also the flexible aperture is really useful and you can get all sorts of types of photo at your own control. The telephoto also got an upgrade. So I’d say unless you like to take pictures in extreme darkness, then the camera definitely improved.

i guess those upgrades are just software wise. why should a 13 pro not be able to record in 8k 30 or front camera 4k 60? front camera Sensor of the 13 pro is Omnivision OV32C and of the 14 pro it's Omnivision OV32B (an even older sensor if you check the last letters?)

I've Xiaomi 14 Pro, I'd like to see a detailed Comparison between 13 Pro & 14 Pro, I want to check some updates & changes in this Upgraded version.
Default aperture in auto mode is f/2.0? Or f/1.6 on the 14 Pro?
Would be weird if its f/2.0 and the normal 14 has f/1.6
Also does the aperture automatically change when for example in low light conditions? (like Huawei's does)

Thank you for sharing this first impression! My first impression of the camera quality is that I like the colour rendering and autofocus quality. Even the front facing camera has nice colours despite being a little overexposed. And stabilization looks good too. Although not as good as a Vivo X90 Pro Plus for example, it will be plenty good enough for most users.
Shutter speed control is still a huge problem on smartphone cameras in general. Most camera phones produce video with unnatural movement. Having a fixed and bright aperture is just not ideal for video. Look at the jittering movement after the drone shot at 5:17. You can see that the video consists of many still shots: a too high shutter speed has been used. There is no ND filter in the phone after all to compensate for the bright light. In the mall it is the other way around: look at the letters on the shop at 6:37, they move around all over the place because shutter speed is too low. The video is shot at 60fps, so the ideal shutter speed would be 1/120 seconds. In bright sunlight, you get to 1/500 or shorter at f/1.46, while in dim lighting in the mall you have to bump ISO to uncomfortable levels, or adjust shutter speed to for example 1/60 or even 1/30.
This shutter speed problem is typical for Xiaomi, especially in bright environments. In dimmer environments, it is a trade-off between too much noise because of high ISO, or too much motion blur because of a too slow shutter speed. That is something Xiaomi can improve on, or at least give the videographer the choice. In dim environments, shooting at 30fps will help a bit.
Nevertheless, this will most probably be my next phone. It seems to be a very complete and well thought out phone :)
What phones can you suggest that can fill the imperfections of Xiaomi?
@@batsoupp The imperfections that I mentioned cannot be easily fixed in any phone, you need a lens with proper ND filters if you want to film in bright daylight. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra can be equipped with an adapter, to be able to use standard 52mm filters. For night videography, I do not know better alternatives.
For the best video look, you can always best use a dedicated camcorder, where you can fix the shutter speed.

The camera stabilisation is unreal it is unbelievably perfect. The camera autofocus speed is incredibly fast. 😎💯💪🏾👍🏾. The camera quality demonstrate magical quality

@@lltechviewthe mistake here is that he put in 4k60 footage from 14 pro in a 4k30 or 4k24 video. thats why its looking so stuttering as it does. thats why btw other youtuber only use 4k30 as an example all the time.

You are a great funny sporty guy and I love your vibes in your videos😍 btw you can get a higher AnTuTu score by switching to "Performance Mode" in Battery settings so the system does not slow down when getting a bit hotter. And getting hot is not so bad because it means that the heat goes away from the system so it does not need to shut down when it might get too hot. 😇 Great Videos, great Photos keep up the nice work!!

Brother, according to me, I think its camera does not record as stable video as we have expected. Brother Poco X5 Pro 5G phone has a very good video stabilization record.

I like the telemacro on the 13 Pro better. It uses the telephotos for that. White is definitely a good choice.

I’ve seen several sources that claims the 14 Pro has the same floating tele lens as 13 Pro so it seems it’s the same one. There’s photo samples floating around that suggests the same too.

Hmm... video footage looks weirdly bad stabilised especially indoors.
The background is overexposed 8:22 , Selfie camera looks Trash for videos, the algorithm just recognize the face and try to make it brighter, forgetting the background. This is a common thing in Chinese flagships💔
