Yeah seriously. I don't think people understand the concept of physical body changing. Our body changes ALL the time. Especially if you went through reconstructive surgery, its a pretty common thing for someone to deal with constant puffing, reddening, nerve damage etc around the area for a long time, even permanent. Body is fragile and vulnerable like that.

My mom had severe jaw damage and she told me that it takes about 10 years for you to see the extent of the damage it does to your face. Her face looks similar to his. My mom suffers from depression because of the facial changes she experienced after her jaw injury. Your entire face structure changes over time. People don't realize that even a small procedure (like removing several teeth) can change the structure of your face. It's traumatic for someone to go through. If his jaw was shattered, he would absolutely look completely different years after the incident.

I suspect he wanted it to heal naturally but that didn’t work so he had to have it broken so he could get the surgery. He may be all those things but he definitely has had a ton of cosmetic procedures. Not only on his jaw. He has clearly had a ton of Botox and lip filler. Probably facial fillers too. He looks terrible

He didn’t shatter his jaw 3 times…plus his lips…plus his eyes and chin and hairline, and his nose too. 😂 Dude must have had a lot of accidents because his face has changed a lot in the last 8 years. Bless his heart.
It’s almost like the face is made of nerves and even people with strokes and no plastic surgery can have a stretched skin or plastic Botox look because it no longer has receptors that connect to twitch the muscles.
When you do surgery that alters the muscle mass or cuts away tissues there will be scarring and a lack of hair in those damaged scar cells/tissue. Unless it’s a graft of living tissue where the blood supply is maintained.
It’s what 30 some seperate muscles to make a smile. If I screw in some pins in place like Kanye’s jaw surgery there would be minimal issues but if there was invasive procedure things like dental overlapping with bone surgery overlapping with function/cosmetics you’re starting to either get a lot of doctors on one patient or one doctors that’s gonna do the most they can in their specialization.
So his jaw may be fantastic and need very few surgeries in the future or maybe he has great dentures now and implants but the cost was someone looking closely at the bones best possible healing and not the skin or thinking of that as a secondary concern. So the jaws okay the skins messed up you can probably go to a different specialist to help with recovery and any issues with nerve damage and therapy. But the jaw surgeons job here is done.
So a lack of wrinkles and his skin looking different probably means he has little to no feelings in his face anymore. Not really a great option but at least he can blink.
@@arianaink100 what does any of that mean? Zac has had at least three different jaws in the last 8 years. Three different chins. Flat cheeks, and now chiseled cheeks. Sleepy eyes, and now they’re wide awake. Two or three different noses (check out the glaring scar on the side of his nose). He used to have a straight hairline, and now it’s rounded. Unless his entire face went through a wood chipper three times, no one NEEDS this much reconstructive surgery. Check out Lorry Hill’s video on him.

It’s almost a decade later. He looked fine this whole time & then suddenly his whole face was a shocker. He didn’t look like he just had a messed up jaw. Things are looking a little better now. Most of his face looks alright. Can’t deny it’s a weird situation though.

Yes, his mouth is a little crooked. I suspect it’s likely from nerve damage that happened during an invasive surgery such as getting facial implants. This makes the most sense because his jaw grew a lot and you can only get that from implants (not filler). He also had a lot of swelling in those pictures that came up last year. Facial implants really swell up your face which stretches the skin and can cause it to look deflated afterwards. He looks like he aged 10 years in 1.

for anyone wondering why his looks still look like their changing: when you get a surgery like that it takes a long time for all the bone fragments and such to resettle and so it can look like their still changing shape

You're wrong. I've had jaw surgery multiple times and it takes half a year for the bones to mostly heal in, and maybe a couple of more months to heal all the way. When it's traumatic, that's obviously a complication, but zac just has a lot of filler, that's why he (especially his mouth area) looks like so. It could be because that's the avenue he took to disguising some things he still perceived as unsightly after that surgery.
