    Even though I do your (tough) strength training, my arms still ache after this one! My strength has improved a lot this year, I love my now-visible muscles! Thank you Jules 😊

      Thank you, Anuradha. It's surprising how a short 5 minute workout can really challenge the arms, especially when weights are added. Just so you know, I've decided to start uploading biweekly to this channel to make it more manageable with the two channels.

    Just wanted to say hi. This is a good workout for my weak arms. I need to keep pushing myself and you sure help with the videos. I'm still doing good after my surgery 2 months ago. Thanks Jules. Have a good week ahead. Keep moving along! Lynn

      @@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts lol- I couldn't even do cartwheels when I was a kid! A friend and I were talking about that recently - she couldn't either. In junior high school they tried to teach us gymnastics- I threw my back out and was excused the rest of the school year from extreme exercises. 🙄 Haven't been the same since. I go to the chiropractor once a month for years and years! But, I keep moving along best I can. That's why I love the chair exercises the best! Thanks for writing! 🫶🏻
