"So the Padawans are doing better than Knights?" My guy, let me introduce you to Obi-Wan Kenobi. Lightsaber skill and being a 'prodigy' has nothing to do with Rank. Anakin, arguably the most powerful Jedi to ever exist, never reached the rank of Master.

OMG THANK YOUUU people don’t understand this lol to achieve rank it’s more about your maturity and connection to the force

Yes, exactly. And unfortunately Jecki’s battle did not turn out like Obi-Wan’s.

True, tho it is worth remembering that despite his age, Anakin was very close to becoming a Master. I know it was introduced later in the Clone Wars (which further soldifies him being sick of waiting for it), but Ahsoka would be knighted if not her departure from the order. And knighting your padawan automatically elevates you to the rank of Master.
Also well, it was war and as it progressed, Jedi became more and more skilled in combat. Here Jedi are at peace, with some missions here and there but not on this scale.
Otherwise yes. It is not that hard to believe that some people are more skilled in one thing and others in another. Also I felt a bit that Qimir was toying with Jecki to enrage Sol as much as possible. He didn't want to take her out without him seeing it. I think that because once he saw Mae running away, he immediately charged on her and destroyed one saber in a matter of seconds.
And well, this is still fantasy. Space, but fantasy. It is not always about logics, and characters are not on DragonBall Z power levels lol. Obi beat Maul despite Maul beating his master, then Anakin beats Dooku despite him being a master of Obi-Wan's master, and then Obi-Wan beats Anakin despite Anakin beating Dooku who previously beat Obi-Wan. Battles are not always about the pure combat skill, but many other factors.

exactly bro. Being a great leader (master) and having great knowledge doesnt = fighting better. Both can be true of course but especially as a padawan, youre trying to prove yourself.

At least one guy pointed out to the face of a Jedi that they bring damn children into the battlefields. Better later than never. But considering the timeline, they didn't learn their lesson.

Cortosis is the armor that Qimir is wearing. It can disable Sabers, and absorb blaster bolts, but is a bit fragile. Thats why his helmet and brasser look janky like its been repaired over and over.
Sol might have been the only Master with Knights.

      Yes heck Yeaaaaah my friend.
That helmet and arm armor is made from Cordosis metal it was in Star Wars Legends and in Star Wars Canon in Thrawn first book Where he was with Anakin on mision during clone wars. And in Vader comic during Imperium.

It's interesting that so called star wars fans can't understand why a Jedi won't kill an unarmed man, even if they have done horrific things.
    I'll remind you
It leads to the dark side of the force.
    It's not the Jedi way

Exactly. Maybe they need to do a rewatch of Return of the Jedi so that they can recall what Luke did at the end of the film lol.

It's not very mainstream, but being a Master didn't really equate to combat skill in the Jedi Order, especially at a time when there was no war, no Sith (Surprise! There are Sith!) and generally they got by with less.
The Jedi 900 years prior probably would've been a match for a Sith, because they're from different times.

@@roninunchainedAcolite episode 5 is the best star wars thing I have ever seen.
These fights and choreography surpassed both the Phantom Menace movie and the clone wars episode.
