Would you perhaps consider doing some basic chef technique stuff, e.g. the "proper" way to slice an onion, or knife buying/sharpening, in Shorts format? I don't normally think the format suits most content, but you have an approach to things I feel like is unique in the so-called "content creator" space and might be able to make it worthwhile. At the same time, your videos tend to the longer side of thing, which I also love - I wouldn't want you to feel like you were cramming things in. Either way, thank you from a recent subscriber who has learned more from the incidental techniques in your videos than I have from formal recipes in quite some time.
Yes, I would absolutely take the offering of such a lovely meal, if I was your neighbor...Thank you. I also grew up understanding the importance of cleaning up behind yourself as you go and also wiping everything down that could have possible oil spatter and such. It does not only make you a mature adult but it also keeps good energy in your home/restaurant, along with in your being. Lovely recipe and great energy that you are passing along.

I made the ragout part in my slow cooker last night, after an initial sauté on the stove top to get the searing and flavour started. In the suburbs of Toronto we have a vegan cheese called the Green Goddess made in Guelph Ontario. She uses nut milks and ferments the cheese so they are real deal. I wish I could send you a selection. Most vegan cheeses have very little nutrition.
The US and Canada are definitely ahead with regards to making proper vegan cheeses. We are starting to get them here in the UK, but most supermarkets don’t stock them, so we usually have to go to specialist health shops or order online. Nut cheeses are absolutely delicious. I have given them to my non-vegan friends and they are Amazed at just how delicious they are. And they are nutritious. What’s not to love?

Derek! I am excited about this...20 years ago when i used to eat meat i would go to a Greek restaurant here in OKC. They made a greek beef tomato and eggplant stew and i believe that's what you made (although it may just be an all purpose greek base that's used in many dishes). If you made it for us as neighbors we would be so grateful and feel papmered lol. I love how versatile your recipes are... I just saw this in my feed, really like how you simplified the ingredients into the "sauce" layer. Normally this takes more construction for a moussaka. Some good ideas here to make it healthier.

Derek! I am excited about this...20 years ago when i used to eat meat i would go to a Greek restaurant here in OKC. They made a greek beef tomato and eggplant stew and i believe that's what you made (although it may just be an all purpose greek base that's used in many dishes). If you made it for us as neighbors we would be so grateful and feel papmered lol. I love how versatile your recipes are...

I just saw this in my feed, really like how you simplified the ingredients into the "sauce" layer. Normally this takes more construction for a moussaka. Some good ideas here to make it healthier.
