I have the same bike and Leo exhaust. Excellent video but I have to add that it's worth the extra effort to unplug the O2 sensor for installation, so you don't kink or break the wires. Does require removing the coolant reservoir, unplug the O2 sensor and taking 2 of the clutching housing bolts off but you won't twist the wires. I love the fact that Leo Vince gives you the option of installing the DB killer. I rode with and without. I found I personally like it better with the DB killer. It sounds cool at first, but it gets loud and obnoxious real quick. I think it sounds better with the DB killer. My only complaint with installation was getting the rubber protection for the muffler clamp to line up correctly on the metal clamp. Was a pain in the ass.
I wasn’t too worried about removing the o2 sensor I am a technician and work with wiring everyday of my life the wires heat protected coating makes them very flexible and tough to kink. And even if I did happen to break the wire I would’ve been able to fix it very quickly lol
Hi bro, love that sound. How do you know it is ment to work with the stock fuel setting? I've been reading about the exhaust, and I haven't found the part where it is ment to work like that. Thanks✌🏼🇨🇷
You should normally tune your bike no matter what adjustment you make however the change with an exhaust is so minimal it’ll run a little more rich but rich is always better than lean . It’s not needed but recommended
Friend, how did you see the performance better, with the O2 sensor connected or disconnected, putting the nut on to not put it on? I have a full system too and I would greatly appreciate your experience.
Great video, excellent production and content but riding without gloves or knee, hip, back and elbow protection ? You’ve obviously not seen the aftermath of a slide down the tarmac. Even at relatively low speeds, bones are sometimes visible. The healing process is long and very painful. Please wear the best gear you can afford, on every ride, one day you’ll be very thankful that you did. Great sounding exhaust though. Ride safe.
Sup Mate! I was wondering if I could use this video in an exhaust compilation video? I will give you credit for your video ofc. Also if I can use your video, what is the name of the exhaust? how much did the exhaust cost?
Do you find it too loud on long rides? One of my friends has an R1 and it kills my ears to be behind him. I just want to make sure I don't drop $500 and it be too loud. Thanks
I'm new to motorcycles I used to have old bike a cruiser from early 2000s and I had a battery tender charger. Now, this Yamaha seems like a new technology does she also need that charger or maybe she has a different kind of battery and doesn't need that? I can't find any videos from battery tender installation on yamaha mt-03 is there a way to have a tether out so you don't have to remove your saddle every time you want to charge it? or maybe you don't need to install this tether at all?
There’s plenty of places to add the tender and have it where you don’t have to remove the seat. But my battery is still good after almost a year of riding already
@@thesuburbanGenny so you saying it's not even worth to install that thing? Where I live I do have a winter seasonso bike will be grounded for few months I think.
@@thesuburbanGenny Oh I got it so even if I have a winter I can just start him up and let him idle for 20min every 3 weeks and he should be fine I think. Thanks!!!
I just installed this exhaust as well 😎 Im pretty fresh so I only just found out about tuning etc. I noticed you said this works fine with the factory settings, do you have the source for where you read this? Cheers dude mt03s for life 🔥
I am the warranty 😎lol but yea this will void your warranty if you bring it into the dealership. However if you keep your factory exhaust it’s a quick 15-20 minute change before you bring it in to avoid that
I know for cars they connect the Machine to the cars ecu to see if you added anything and they know if you did, Not sure if it’s the same for motorcycle.

Nice sound. We would love see more videos with mt 03. Check this video for bridgestone s 22 th-cam.com/video/Zfr6u4oC0Dw/w-d-xo.html. You ll love these tyres
I just bought a 2023 mt 03, looking at the same exhaust for it, looks good! Sounds good too!
I've had this exact exhaust on my 21 mt03 for 2 years now. It's awesome. Best sounding pipe for a 300cc bike.
No full exhaust will work well with the factory ecu program. It already runs really lean as is, and with the full system, it will be even more lean.

Nice ride. I just got a 2023 last month. Down here in Broward. I'm looking forward to picking up this exhaust.
i am buying a 2022 Mt 03 this friday!
I bought mt3-2022 on 9/23/2023😂❤, am over the moon🎉🎉
Tip - on the o2 rotate it CC a few times before installing, so when you do install it the cables don't twist too much
I ended up doing that I don’t know if I got it on camera or not
@@thesuburbanGenny It did
daaaaammnnn it sounds awesome, now I want that exhaust
It’s a damn good exhaust for the price you pay 🤝

Have you done the r6 throttle tube swap yet?
Had a video on it! Was a good mod
Hey buddy with full system you have to install a power commander or reflashing to make you bike work smoother ????????
It’s definitely preferred to do racing intakes and a tune but this full exhaust is made to work with the factory fuel system
Is new high flow air filter needed for this exhaust or stock is fine?
Stock is fine if you get an upgraded air filter you’ll need a tune
Sup Mate! I was wondering if I could use this video in an exhaust compilation video? I will give you credit for your video ofc. Also if I can use your video, what is the name of the exhaust? how much did the exhaust cost?
Absolutely, it is a Leo Vince corsa full exhaust priced at $515.95
@@thesuburbanGenny Nice. Thank you!
Are you running any type of tune? And if not have you noticed any loss in power?
I was not running a tune the bike felt awesome

Not at all it’s only a 300 lol I’ve yet to hear a 300 that makes my ears bleed
Did this not come with pipes?
This option is just the slip on muffler I also have a video with the full exhaust option

Yes on revzilla
Nice downshift!!
Would it be the same with a 2018 MT03 ?
I’m not 100% sure, I believe 2021+ is a new engine so I’m not positive if the exhaust manifold lines up

It says it on the Leo Vince website and revzilla
Anybody knows if this same exhaust works for the 2023 model? I know the bike is the same but i would like to be sure before purchasing! Thanks

Is there a slipper clutch on the mt03 2021?
