Thank you 🙏🏻 I wanted a little car to cheer me up and watching your reviews made up my mind to go and try a TTS. I loved it 🙏🏻 Thank you for the reviews
Really nice review! I have sold my mk3 TT a few months ago but I could not live without it so just negotiated on a 2018 TTS, I can hardly wait to get it :)
Just bought my first Audi (used 2012 A3 S-Line 2.0T Sportback) and fully in love with it. When it's time to trade, the TTS is at the top of my list. Great review!
Well done review! I test drove and bought a 2017 TTS yesterday! With so many sporty cars eliminating the spare tire to lose weight it was a relief to me that this car has one! Peace of mind when you get a flat in a remote rural area here in the states.
Just seen this review, as looking at the TTS as my next daily driver - have to say, the car looks great and can't wait to get in one! Also, your reviews have really come on, even since this one which is pretty good - enjoying the channel - keep it going! :-)
Back in the 80's my late Farther had the new Audi 100 CD that again had been a great car he had 1 of the first 10 in the UK. I remember the advert on TV the Audi with the Parachute out the back.
I got mine with the leather seats with white stitching, and the black exterior styling pack. It’s much nicer. Matrix LED headlights are amazing too. Mine is a red Roadster, love it.
This is a great review and really helpful. I am in the process of buying a 2016 TTS Launch Edition sight unseen on the other side of the country. Well actually I've seen pictures of it and keep looking them as if I was still 16 years old, the car looks fantastic and the one I'm buying has black wheels which really look good with the Mythos black paint and the aluminum mirrors and gas cap and the red brake calipers. But I have not driven a new model TT yet. I've been driving the 2000 TT that I bought for my daughter a couple years ago. I had her take my 2012 A6 back to college while I had some bushings replaced on her TT and 5 months later I have not wanted my A6 back yet! So I know I'll love having my 2016 TTS next week. It's only got 13,000 miles on it and the Carfax looks good so I put down a $2,000 deposit and I'm wiring the remaining $43,000 to the dealer tomorrow. Then a week from today my daughter and I are flying out to North Carolina to pick up the TTS and drive it back to Colorado. it's reassuring to see in your video how much you like this car because I'm taking a big leap of faith buying one without ever having driven one. But seeing that you enjoy it so much I know for sure that next weekend is going to be an absolute blast driving my new TTS across the country. So thanks for your review and cheers!
+MotivAll You are going to love it. I have no hesitation in telling you it’s an awesome car. Make sure you take some pain killers with you. Smiling and grinning for the whole time during such a long drive is going to hurt 😂😂😂
Petrol Ped, oh that is excellent news. The look of every detail is exquisite and I've got a touch of obsessive. So it's going to be a crazy bonus liking the driving experience. Haha, thanks, good advice!
Finally someone who appreciates the glorious s-tronic farts. They are hilariously loud for a stock 2.0. Great review! Edit: Beware of taking one on track though, after a couple of sessions I had to replace my brake pads & lines.
LOL...you can't beat the 'farty noise' ! I never took my TTS on track for that very reason ! I'm sure this new one would be a total weapon on track though. Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you liked the video. My next review is a Jaguar F Type. The video goes live tomorrow at 1800 GMT and that car was off the charts !!!!
Wonderful review I have had my eye on the TT for quite some time. You just pushed me to make a quicker decision on my purchase. . Nicely done.. Love this model
Liked your review on the tts, I have a manual tts 310 but was thinking of an f-type coupe. Being a total Audi fan for the past 20 years I find it hard to change brands
Just got a tt mk3 omg I so love this thing its £40k's worth of car didn't realise till i had to road tax it navigation with Google maps is great. Just love it my dream car ttrs.
Love the emotional review, the car ticks loads off my wish-list, but I'm torn between an S3 or the TTS. I know they're totally different cars, but I'm torn between practicality (S3) and amazing looks (and Virtual Cockpit Display as Standard) (TTS).🤔👍
Great car, I almost got one until a TTRS Plus came up with 8 miles on clock. I went to Audi, specced up what. I wanted & soon went past £50k & I couldn't afford that. My TTRS cost me £32k & I love it. An RS in this version I'd love, fancy lending me £60k .
The Boxster S is a stunning car but this Gen of TTS is really very good. Maybe not a fine a driving feel as the Porsche, but faster from A to B for most drivers thanks to Quattro all wheel drive and great styling inside and out. You should get yourself a test drive :-)
Cheers mate , I've tried finding a tts local to test drive but can't find one within 150 miles, not even audi dealers have one , must be popular lol again thanks for your help , I must admit two car trade dealers I know have said go for the audi
Just come across your vid, excellent review. Considering the Audi TTS as a replacement for my BMW 14Oi, this has certainly persuaded me to take a test drive. Thoughts on a comparison?
Hi Gary. Glad you liked my vid and that it has helped in you decision. I can't comment too much as I've not driven the BMW. The Quattro in the TTS makes it such a usable car.
What did you decide? I have the current TT Quattro, I’m considering the TTS facelift. My concerned is the hard ride as I do not have magnetic ride, I want to spec that with the TTS.
I have been looking at reviews all over the internet. A lot of people with different opinions. Came in Minden-Germany to test drive a red TTS very bright red with yellowish interior, Audi exclusive, 20' with exactly the same rims but mine are wrapped or maybe painted into dark grey, I have to say... BMW.. Mercedes... Porsche... make way please. By the way, I bought the Roadster. I am currently in my Hotel Room, it's 08:34AM here and I am hoping for that wire transfer to arrive today so I can pick up the beast. If you want to fall in love. Let me know your e-mail. If I was to fall for paid reviews or false ones, I would've ended with a CLA45 AMG or BMW M240i, but, just test drive this one, for y'all who prefer BMW and Mercedes. This car, in this category, while might not be the same fun as you get in a Cayman S (not even the prices are even near the same), again, TEST DRIVE IT. It may be the lil brother of the R8 but that super-star feeling inside the Roadster does not have its DNA from R8 but I feel most likely like... you know, exagerated or not LAMBORGHINI HURACAN absolutely! By the way, this car made me go from Samsung Note 9 to iPhone 8 (not max because it doesn't stay in the wireless phone charger which is OEM in my car) Red Edition. What an absolute beast this car is. And let's just forget about the fact you've even forget about the wing. That wing automatically raises up at speeds up to 120km/h or electronically by just pushing a button. Also, what I really enjoyed is your sound quality, other reviewers have shit sound or edited one and makes the car sound like a really awful fart. Hear it in real life and your wallet goes off. Thank you for the review! Unfortunately, I got to see it when I already bought it and not before, maybe this review would've made me make the transfer a few days ago and now I would've been already driving in my country. But thanks and not for a biased or bought review but for the honesty.
Hello Petrol Ped, I am thinking about buying an Audi TT.. I would like to know if you would recommend this car...Are there things that you don`t like about this car? is it also comfortable for longer trips (noise insolation, seats etc..)? I am still owning a BMW428I coupe, it is a good car, but it is time for a change....Is there a huge difference between the TT and the TTS? is it worth the extra money?thanks... greetings from Germany..
I have no hesitation in recommending a TT. I’ve had two, a Mk1 and a Mk2 This latest version is the best of all. Very good for long trips. There is a big step up in performance with the TTS so if you budget can stretch then I would 👍
It is similar to my S4. Servicing at an Audi Main Dealer is between £300-500 depending on the level of service. The engine and turbo are pretty bullet proof although you need to keep an eye on the oil and top it up. I got 70k miles out of my MkII TT with no issues.
Hi I'm deciding between a tts 2017 or a porche cayman 2013.. cayman is 8k more but both are immaculate and both under 25k miles.. which one would you recommend?
@@PetrolPed the 2013 one was just a cayman sold for 33k as only had 22k miles on. I would prefer a Cayman S but the prices since I started looking a year ago have shot up.. not sure if they will drop again as I only really want to spend up to 30k as its just my car not the family car.. I trade my Velar in today for an Audi Q2 for the wife hence the extra funds for me a car.. also if the TTS would you go auto or manual ?
I bought a white TTS, 2016 with 15k miles on the clock absolutely mint condition. I'm absolutely loving the car, thanks for the review it swayed me in the right direction and I'm now a TTS fan boy....
I am waiting for the new S4 to replace my 2012 S4. That has virtual cockpit and rumours are it will have about 350bhp. I really fancy an F Type...and I've got one of those on test next weekend !
Is it really necessary to have S version, when 2.0 TFSI got 230h, from 0-100km in 5.3 s and top speed limited on 250 km/h? I feel that its like in motorcycles, 600cc bike give you same feeling like 1000cc just you have to gear a bit more to keep the pace, but some people even like that extra involvement, engagement a rider.
This is a good point and you could extend it to the TT RS too. Having driven them all I would still go for the S or RS. You just get that little bit more power and performance for 'that' overtake. It is however a personal preference and the standard 2.0 would be more than enough poke for most drivers.
need alittle advise mate, watched your great reviews of the tts and jaguar xe s, and love them both, which should i buy as an everyday driver, the 2 door vs 4 door dont bother :P lol
Wow Daniel, both very different cars but the good news is for me they are both excellent cars. I loved the XE S, it sounded great and makes a stylish choice over the usual German saloons. I personally would go for the TT as I don't need 4 seats so the fact the rear legroom isn't as big doesn't bother me. I think the XE is more practical but the TTS is more sporty and certainly feels more special to drive. Not sure of that helps ;-)
Petrol Ped appreciate such a quick reply, and it does help, I was swayed towards the TTS, but was worried the 4 cylinder would sound crap lol, I’m assuming the xe s sounds better tho, but completely agree with ur comments on the “usual German cars” ironically had an argument at work today about it, all said 3 series over xe s bar me. Now I’m young and drive a sensible but great Mercedes c class, premium plus 66 plate, but need something mote sporty I think, so I need to test drive the TTS, much appreciated, and yes I’ve subscribed now 👍 keep the vids up mate
The TTS is much quicker too and has 4 wheel drive so you can really deploy the power in all conditions. The XE S drives through the rear wheels so is a little more tail happy :-)
cheers for the advise, ill let you know, lucky i work JLR so ive driven the xe s, just need to test the tts, maybe next weekend, and ill hopfully come away with a winner lol
having owned Gen 1 and now a barn find 2012 White TTS Coupe with 19K miles, i would say Audi killed the design. Not a fan of the transformer looking angles of the new Audis. I also have a 2017 S8 and the new S8 looks like a honda, shame in the end
Petrol Ped I took two of these out, a TT RS and most recently the TTS. I would rather walk or take a bus then drive a white car. The RS is the one to buy.
Thank you 🙏🏻 I wanted a little car to cheer me up and watching your reviews made up my mind to go and try a TTS. I loved it 🙏🏻 Thank you for the reviews
Glad I could help!
Thank you for actually mentioning how the car rides in comfort mode! Every review of the tts only mentions dynamic mode and the "awesome air vents".
My pleasure 👍
Stunning TTs and love the virtual cockpit, miss driving the Audi's
Great review, TTS currently top of my next car list, this vid making me want to buy one even more!
Special car .TT. i have 2007 2.0 turbo. Remapped. Upgraded suspension brakes . Factory upgraded in 2007. Magical machine Engineer wise its amazing
Beautiful car, and amazing instrumentation, that's the future of all car instruments I think. Great video as always.
Looking forward to trying the same tech on the new S4 later this year :-)
Really nice review! I have sold my mk3 TT a few months ago but I could not live without it so just negotiated on a 2018 TTS, I can hardly wait to get it :)
Mate you are going to love it 👌
Absolutely nice review. thank you. I can't wait my TTS anymore.
Just bought my first Audi (used 2012 A3 S-Line 2.0T Sportback) and fully in love with it. When it's time to trade, the TTS is at the top of my list. Great review!
Cheers Dustin. Audis have a way of making you fall in love with them :-)
That looks just like mine and I absolutely love it! Wish I could afford the new RS.
Me too. It looks awesome !
Me three (same one). I can’t stop staring at it 😂
Well done review! I test drove and bought a 2017 TTS yesterday! With so many sporty cars eliminating the spare tire to lose weight it was a relief to me that this car has one! Peace of mind when you get a flat in a remote rural area here in the states.
I'm no fan of the emergency foam kits. As you say, you can't beat a good old fashioned spare !
Enjoy your new car :-)
Can't beat looking back at your past videos. Great review, a 2016 model is still fetching good money.
Wow this was a long time ago 😳😂
Wow, this is the first time I watched your review and haven’t stopped. Greetings from Australia.
This is an old one too 😂
Just seen this review, as looking at the TTS as my next daily driver - have to say, the car looks great and can't wait to get in one! Also, your reviews have really come on, even since this one which is pretty good - enjoying the channel - keep it going! :-)
Thanks Rob. Pleased you noticed the improvement. Have you seen my recent TTS film I made having spent a month in one thanks to Audi UK ?
Back in the 80's my late Farther had the new Audi 100 CD that again had been a great car he had 1 of the first 10 in the UK. I remember the advert on TV the Audi with the Parachute out the back.
Great review, I've always loved the TTS, just wish I could afford one! :D
They certainly aren't cheap. This one is the same price point as the TTRS in the old version !
Drakotar Got the mk2 TTs But have to wait a few years to afford the mk3 TTs.
I got mine with the leather seats with white stitching, and the black exterior styling pack. It’s much nicer. Matrix LED headlights are amazing too. Mine is a red Roadster, love it.
Now that is going to be a good looking car !
What a eye catching car! My dads dream car is a Audi TT. Also what a great review sir Pete
Loved this car 👌
Just got mine, in Ibis White, but with Red seats. I love the car! (It's my second TTS)
I have one,and absolutely agree 100% with everything you have said!!
Awesome 👍

how has it worked out for you? its been 8 months, you love it? anything you dislike?
Your daughter is probably spoiled.
Great review mate, keep up this kind of quality and this could end up quite a lucrative hobby for you!
That would be nice ;-)

I call my S3 piggy for that same reason
Nice video mate! Super car!! I bought the Audi TTS MK2 DSG S Tronic six weeks ago.Got Meistershaft sports exhaust on it.Bloody awesome LOL :)
Cheers :-)
Love this car mate. A cheaper version of the R8. wish i could afford one like this. Great review. keep it up
Tune on next Friday at 6pm for a review of the TT RS Roadster !!!!
Just got mine the other week. It's amazing.
Congrats 👍
love your enthusiasm
Thanks 👍
Wonderful review I have had my eye on the TT for quite some time. You just pushed me to make a quicker decision on my purchase. . Nicely done.. Love this model
Wow David, that is great to hear 👍

Scott Watson I know what you mean. I love my Audi S4 and the TTs I've owned.
Just got a tt mk3 omg I so love this thing its £40k's worth of car didn't realise till i had to road tax it navigation with Google maps is great. Just love it my dream car ttrs.
They are mega cars. Enjoy 👏👏👏
excellent video :) Stunning car . I think I need one!!
Cheers. Glad you enjoyed it !
The lack of a HUD and any decent ambient lighting means I won't but I like the car.
Great review, pick up my Red one this week 👍🏻
Awesome 👍
This car is absolutely amazing. No turbo lag at all. Suspension fantastic. Acceleration perfect for so small angin.Rear seats only for infants.
Good summary ;-)
great as always
Cheers Zane :-)
Hello from Croatia, buying this car, super excited. I am interested in maintenance. When is imterval for big service, distribution? Thank you
Excellent video. Great car.
Thanks Eric...it sure is :-)
I took out an 2018 RS3 then a TTRS. I preferred the RS3. Both were excellent cars.
Nice car but apart from styling I prefer the older version just out of pure speculative choice. Cheers!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tough choice 😬
TTS no question
200th like. Keep it up. Love this car
Cheers Andrew :-)
Great video again :)
Thanks Charlotte. Glad you enjoyed it ;-)

I did similar. Nearly bought a TTRS and then ended up getting a TTS for £15K less !!!
I had a TTS prior to this and a Mk1 TT 3.2 prior to that. New RS looks awesome, come on you lottery numbers.
+Carl Tics oh yes...that would be nice !
Lovely review 👌
Thanks Paul, glad you enjoyed it :-)
After watching your review I’ve purchased the Audi S3 arrives in March 😊👍
Thanks for the link..
Alan Butterfield No Worries 😉
Mine is Daytona Grey Pearl with Express Red seats. Here in the U.S. I get no attention with it...
One of my favourite Audi colours !
Great video really enjoyed it , I'm at the moment considering a 2016 tts or a 2014 boxster s but can't decide , what's your thoughts ?

Do a apr stage 2 and thus car will be EXACTLY as fast as a stock mk3 ttrs for THOUSANDS LESS!💯👍🏻
Great plan :-)

Wow ! We buy more TTs in the UK than anywhere else in the world so they used market is far more reasonable !
So the question is, when are you going to upgrade your fleet,??
I am waiting for the new S4 to replace my 2012 S4. That has virtual cockpit and rumours are it will have about 350bhp.
I really fancy an F Type...and I've got one of those on test next weekend !
Hmmm G80 Sport in white or Audi TT-S in Silver, White or Grey
Nice can't wait get one this year and yes in white ,and as navy lad be on same roads lol
Cool 😎
Can the tt be had with a sunroof?

My exterior color and those WHEELS put shame to 200,000 cars in my opinion:) Sad this model has been discontinued for 2020:( for the USA.
I didn't know that 😪
Great car though white with grey interior would be my last choice.
It looked better in the flesh !
Top top

Glad you enjoyed it Kevin. She can't go far wrong with a TT.
The mk2 TTs S Tronic can do 0-60mph in 4.9 and the mk3 is the same.I will get a mk3 in the future 😉
I had a MkII and there are amazing cars !
Petrol Ped definitely mate! Had mine four months now and really love it.No complaints 😉🍺
Reflection Car Care Detailing no the mk3 tts does it in 4.6sec🤓
Does anyone think the TT \ TTS etc is just plain ugly? It is probably a good car but I just can't get past the look of it.
having owned Gen 1 and now a barn find 2012 White TTS Coupe with 19K miles, i would say Audi killed the design. Not a fan of the transformer looking angles of the new Audis. I also have a 2017 S8 and the new S8 looks like a honda, shame in the end
Great car, however, terrible colour. Nice review. Cheers.
Probably looked better in person ;-)
Petrol Ped I took two of these out, a TT RS and most recently the TTS. I would rather walk or take a bus then drive a white car. The RS is the one to buy.
your fuken audi shaking
Very nice video, thanks for the info,I will have to test drive one to see if its for me now.
Rob, you'll LOVE it !! It's a really great drive and stunning to look at.
