I was at Toronto regionals my self as a spectator

TPC is the biggest thing standing between Pokemon becoming a larger ESport. They are hindering the growth of the competitive community! Thankful i’m not a smasher anymore though lol
Yeah.... They're making strides, at least in the way of prizing and stuff being better for their regionals and up, but even things like building teams needs to be much easier to be an ESport. And then these guidelines come out....
@@theGameCornerVGCthe prizing increase has been great, but yeah starting with the crackdown on genning then this, it seems like they’re focused on the short run and want to be the ONLY ones profiting from the game, even if it prevents longer term growth that they would greatly benefit from
