I wanted to revisit my favourite game : Beyond Good & and Evil and made a video to try have a view of what a remake could look like .
BG&E is an Action-adventure game released in 2003 . This is one of the games that inspired me pursue a career in video games art.
i made all aspects except :
VFX were made by the talented Sylvain Bernard

THAT, was absolutely beautyful. Great job on detailing the Hovercraft and Beluga. If BGE ever gets a full on remake it should look exactly like this.
if ubisoft will see this and remake this masterpiece i'll cry and buy it instantly, basicly cause this is my childhook and i'm waiting the 2nd game a lot

As an old fan of Beyond Good and Evil, I'm so pleased that people still remember about this game and make quality stuff around it. Also, if you can tell, how did you get the original models from the game, because I see that you had them to compare with your models. I was trying to find a way how to rip them out of the game, but couldn't get anything, so I would've been glad if you say to me how to do it, since I'm a beginning 3D-modeler myself and would've wanted to make something from my favorite game too.
Hey sima sorokin , i used ninja ripper i think. I followed some random tutorial on youtube .
Ripping model isn't the most straightforward process . Took me a couple tried before i got what i wanted .
I got tears in my eyes with the shot of the moon at the end, beautyful!

Wow, amazing work.. just like the game itself this video is criminally underrated. Found this randomly as I was looking up some 4K footage of the game. Hopefully it'll end up trending one of these days.
That was an absolute treat to watch as someone who holds this game in a special place in my heart. I've listened to soundtrack many times over and didn't think there would be any other variations of it outside of the original score considering how niche it is. Really cool stuff. Watching this has given me an incentive to replay the original now haha... it's just a shame we'll never get a faithful sequel at this rate. The industry is just not a good state for exceptional AAA games in my personal opinion.

man u really got me hard with this video even the first 5 seconds i saw the hovercraft and then this music i started to cry thats just how beautifull this is for me i mean it wash my very first really hyped game in the time i wash a kid and ye u just got me man thank you thank you thank you for this video and if ur rlly that person who done this the guys behind this game should put u in the team in for a full remake i dont care i pay 50 $ ez for or higher lol
This is the closest thing there could be to "ubisoft got too lazy to release the 2 so I made it myself"
