While Marvel characters have been well rounded over the years. We compared them because Fans still have faith they can beat and should be Dc characters in certain scenarios. For example Hulk should be able to beat Batman with relative ease but due to *Prep Time* can beat one of Marvel greatest hitters. It even happen in a comic (Non canon) with tear gas and Batman manage to kick Hulk HARD enough to make inhale. Later on Brainiac realised this and brought him back which lead him into a fight with justice league. Then doomsday put down Martian manhunter, walley west classic, kyle rayner, Orion, wonder woman, plastic man in literaly 3 scans lol. He took jl down in matter of seconds.
They did defeat Doomsday. Sending him to the end of time ending the fight with him trapped, and they were still alive and not permanently injured. So they defeated Doomsday. He would have faded from existence, but Brainiac pulled him from entropy before time ended. The end of Hunter/Prey even showed Doomsday being pulled apart as time collapsed, because it is impossible to survive the end of everything.
You're confusing DEFEATED with KILLED. Doomsday was DEFEATED by being TRAPPED at the end of time. However, because he was TRAPPED & not KILLED, because DOOMSDAY CAN'T BE KILLED, Brainiac was able to set him free. At the end of the Doomsday Wars story arc Doomsday was DEFEATED AGAIN & TRAPPED ,but he was not KILLED because DOOMSDAY CAN'T BE KILLED.

Doomsday practically has plot armor he is as strong as he needs to be because he can adapt to any power that is a threat to him and soon become highly resistant even almost immune to any power against him so basically he's unstoppable and he will always come back from the dead resistant to what killed him so basically you have to find new ways to kill him and the longer he fights the stronger he gets and the more useless your power becomes.

I'm more of a Marvel dude so always took the Hulk side when it comes to a doomsday vs. Hulk situation. After watching this video though, I don't know now. They're both Unstoppable but his adaptability during a fight will probably give him the edge plus he doesn't have a human side to slow him down

I think Doomsday is one of the most intriguing characters to ever come out of DC comics. It's just too bad we have never had a big screen true adaptation of this character, and that thing from Batman Vs Superman Dawn of Justice, was not Doomsday. Maybe someday we will see him hit the silver screen, perhaps with the reboot by James Gunn, years down the road if that Superman Legacy film is successful.
Juan Tafoya But it’s the way they just threw in the Death of Superman arc at the end of that story when they could’ve saved that story for a whole entire movie on it’s own is a waste. Doomsday in the comics wrecked the entire JLA by himself so you really felt his presence and how terrifying and powerful he was. Also killing Superman at the end of his second appearance in the DCEU is ridiculously stupid, especially with how poor they portrayed him in the movie, when they could’ve saved that for later on in the DCEU when his character was far more fleshed out and familiar with the different heroes in the universe. It would’ve not only shown how his death impacted the rest of the DC heroes far better, but also would’ve impacted the audience far greater than it did in BvS. Overall, throwing Doomsday in at the end of BvS just feels a stupid plot device to kill off superman rather than a monster who threatens to destroy all of humanity if Superman can’t stop it.

Yeah the more he dies the more durable he becomes as he becomes immune to whatever killed him when he comes back meaning you can't kill him the same way again it's why i disagree with people putting him against the hulk because all the hull can do is punch and thunderclap even he's already been killed by that before lol

@@viktorasgrviktoras689 Very much so. The gauntlet gives the wearer complete and total mastery and control of every aspect of reality. Thanos could easily remove Doomsday's ability of coming back to life then finish him off for good.

Batman’s doomsday is one of the strongest beings which was meant to beat one of the strongest beings Superman
I'm more of a Marvel dude so always took the Hulk side when it comes to a doomsday vs. Hulk situation. After watching this video though, I don't know now. They're both Unstoppable but his adaptability during a fight will probably give him the edge plus he doesn't have a human side to slow him down

I think Doomsday is one of the most intriguing characters to ever come out of DC comics. It's just too bad we have never had a big screen true adaptation of this character, and that thing from Batman Vs Superman Dawn of Justice, was not Doomsday. Maybe someday we will see him hit the silver screen, perhaps with the reboot by James Gunn, years down the road if that Superman Legacy film is successful.
SO disappointing how they wasted Doomsday on Batman vs Superman... 🤦♂️

Juan Tafoya But it’s the way they just threw in the Death of Superman arc at the end of that story when they could’ve saved that story for a whole entire movie on it’s own is a waste. Doomsday in the comics wrecked the entire JLA by himself so you really felt his presence and how terrifying and powerful he was. Also killing Superman at the end of his second appearance in the DCEU is ridiculously stupid, especially with how poor they portrayed him in the movie, when they could’ve saved that for later on in the DCEU when his character was far more fleshed out and familiar with the different heroes in the universe. It would’ve not only shown how his death impacted the rest of the DC heroes far better, but also would’ve impacted the audience far greater than it did in BvS. Overall, throwing Doomsday in at the end of BvS just feels a stupid plot device to kill off superman rather than a monster who threatens to destroy all of humanity if Superman can’t stop it.
@@stax8152 true, even the animated Death of Superman and reign of the Supermen movies gave Doomsday better use. I hope DC gives a good use of Cheetah in the coming Wonder Woman 84 movie.

Well, they do have their limits. I think you'd probably have to use the Super Dragon Balls for that.
Only works if the Dragon is stronger than the being they are trying to get rid of. You'd need the Super Dragon Balls to get rid of Doomsday (although with how Dragon Ball Z's power scaling works, Goku will somehow surpass those which means so could Doomsday.)
