Nutella Stuffed Churro French Toast
Ingredients:
For the French Toast Mixture:
Eggs: 4 large eggs
Milk: 1/3 cup (80 milliliters)
Sugar: 2 tablespoons (25 grams)
Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters)
Other Ingredients:
Nutella: As needed
Bread Slices: Thick slices, preferably Brioche
Butter: For cooking
Cinnamon Sugar: For dusting or sprinkling
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Set aside.
2. Spread Nutella generously on each bread slice.
3. Create sandwiches by placing another slice of bread on top of the Nutella-covered slice.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter to coat the bottom.
5. Dip each Nutella sandwich into the prepared egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Let it soak for about 20 seconds.
6. Carefully transfer the soaked sandwiches to the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and the egg is cooked through.
7. If desired, prepare a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the cooked French toast into the cinnamon sugar mixture or sprinkle it over the top.
8. Once cooked, transfer the Nutella Stuffed Churro French Toast to serving plates. Serve warm and enjoy the fluffy, Nutella-filled goodness with or without additional cinnamon sugar coating.

This looks yummy
That looks amazing! ❤
Awesome recipe, this video reminds of when I made a Nutella empanada ( the empanada dough was made out of plantains and it’s supposed to have sweet cream that you make with milk I think.) and that actually looks really good even though it’s so simple. Keep up the great work :]
Thank you! And a Nutella empanada sounds interesting to try 🤔
