In this video, I give a Citi Custom Cash credit card review. I go over the main features of the Citi Custom Cash credit card, in addition to its biggest pros and cons. I finally started using my Citi custom cash for my grocery spend, Citi Costco for my gas restaurant and Costco spend, Citi Double Cash for all other spend not targeted for 3% or greater cash back 😊
I just got approved for the custom cash 10 days after the double cash. I have $1,700 limit in each card for a credit limit. $3,400 total with Citi.
You can’t use this card at the Costco gas because it’s a MasterCard. Costco is a Visa business.
Hi, is it true that Citi no longer allows product change to Custom Cash if you already have a Custom Cash card? That's a bummer, if it is true. I was planning on getting a Citi Premier and then PCing it to be my second Custom Cash card..
How long is a business cycle? 1 months? 3 months?
I was thinking to get and use this card as strictly my gas card. Is it only worth get if i spend big month on gas every month, like hundreds? What if I'm only spending like $130 a month on gas?

What are the chances of getting approved for the citi custom cash card as a first credit card for someone who has no debt?
IMO, quite unlikely, as they usually look for someone with an established good to excellent credit score. You may need to start with something like the Capital One Platinum MasterCard OR the discover it secured card
Will the 5% work at Walmart?
Only at a Walmart Neighborhood Market

@Sterling Jones because Walmart Neighborhood Market is a grocery store only. Walmart and other places like Target are multi purpose.
