@@julietaricciardi9915 I asked and they told me that you only have to get black badges, but it's not worth it. When your account turns a year or you earn any badge, the order will change and you cannot change the order of the badges.
To get black badges you must buy steam card and create badge that is black
@@EasySoulutions When the year medal is updated in Steam I imagine it will move the black badges
