Roundabouts are a lot like the older-style fairground waltzer's, your head is spinning in all directions and you end up feeling dizzy! I know the theory of it but I can't get it in practice. I can't seem to look left AND signal AND control the steering wheel all at the same time for anything other than a simple 1st exit. I can imagine I'll be replying this video many times. Thanks again for sharing your expertise. The videos you do are so insightful.
Noooo look right lol!! Theres a saying i love; don't drive faster than you can think! If there's a situation you can't think far enough ahead on sloooooow down. Like slow it RIGHT down, don't worry about other cars and find a really calm (not busy) roundabout

Ahh Gotit. Try saying mirror signal move. Like a pom or mspsl routine. Everytime you're gonna exit a roundabout it's mirror signal move. Say it out loud so it goes into your head and becomes a routine! Same as pulling over or changing lanes!... Mirror signal move!

Brilliant video I do motorcycle lessons the now never drove a car so have no experience with roundabouts properly. Explains it brilliantly and the drive through aswell is amazing really helps make sense of the verbal breakdown

8:11 seems he indicated left a bit too early. I thought he said at the beginning that we indicate after the penultimate exit. He indicated just before it, it seems to me
4:05 My understanding is that you would never be asked to go onto a motorway on a test, and even though taking a wrong turn is fine for the most part if it's going to lead to a motorway the examiner will intervene and you will fail ?
Can you do a video of how you can teach someone the width of their car. As I struggle driving on a narrow road with cars parked at the side as I’m really unsure about the width of my car .my driving instructor said just imagine there is a bubble around your car!!! like how do I know if there’s enough room and if my car will fit in that space!!!
