They are both crowded. Parking is almost impossible.

Stay on Siesta! Longboat key is more residential ! Siesta key is more festive and much younger people play there! Beaching on Longboat Key is nice but parking and walking is going get old very quickly in The HEAT! Siesta Key is more fun! I lived on Longboat Key for twenty years great place to live because it is so peaceful and quiet!
