i didn't know this happened like how but i am so happy emma got such an amazing support from your team and you I am on my own fitness journey and ngl its hard but it is all to become stronger like you said it is not a diet it is not something short term it's a lifestyle
I love this because it’s actually realistic. The ones you see where they lose loads of weight just aren’t realistic and maintainable, but this showed how you can change mentally and then you can lose weight but actually maintain it, rather than piling it back on as soon as a programme ends. ❤
Congratulations to Emma for sticking with it and being honest and vulnerable. What a fabulous and fun person she is! And thank you team for not showing before and after pictures and instead concentrating on how much fitter and stronger Emma became. Esthetics are irrelevant and we really need to change the narrative around it, so thank you for highlighting what's really important. It just made my day 😊
Great job, Emma! I am about halfway through the video and a bit confused why there is not more support. I am not a fan of the transformations with strict meal plans etc. because I don't see how the person will continue afterwards going from a lot of guidance to none at all. But here I feel like it's the opposite, she was told to continue going to the gym, add the walk, talked to a nutritionist once and then was left on her own? Especially when the ankle injury came into play, I would have expected Anna to help her out with an expert and modify her workouts or something, but it seems like during the 90 days Anna completely forgot about Emma? Still a really inspirational video and as I said, you did an amazing job, Emma!!

I agree. I love the format and Emma was a fantastic choice, but I can tell myself to go to the gym three times a week and walk 20 mins once a week. Don't really need a fitness coach for that. If I hired someone, I would expect much more specific guidance, maybe some meal ideas/substitutions. But maybe that wasn't shown...
I loved that video! I always look forward to the Sunday video, but this one resonates differently. Emma's perseverance but also her honesty and vulnerability at times moved me. It's a tough challenge, and showing that sometimes you can fall off the wagon and lose your motivation helps you project yourself better/feel less guilt. I hope Anna will make more videos like this one and accompany other people, I think it's really nice to compare ourselves less and be more together supporting and encouraging each other. This is really the kind of content I'd like to see more of on TH-cam.

Lifestyle changes is so much more than food and working out. Many who give advice skip the psychological part and sort of view it from their own pov of not struggling psychological so many will miss the connection of what disordered eating truly is, and think eating disorders are either Anorexia or Bulimia, when there are a plethora of eating disorders. More would be sble to ha e a lifestyle change if they actually got help with their mental health. Just eating better and working out won’t fix the mental health (the core to the issues). I really liked this video though and liked how it had a more gentle approach. /former uni. psychology student
