Yes, this is one of the most common problems that many of us struggle with in the piano learning process.
Cheers for this, I've been looking for "free classical music sheet music for piano" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Jonwen Doniden Rule - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.
When you buy the sheet music from the link provided it isa different version. Very annoying. Somebody correct me please if I am wrong.

Yes, I also initially thought that the left hand is the most difficult to use in piano playing, but now I find that it is not the case. The main issue is the coordination of both hands. It seems that the brain has to get used to doing this coordination of using fingers in both hands at the same time.

My teacher helped me saying that before trying with both hands, I should learn how to play the whole song with each hand separately! When I’m able to do that, it’s much easier for me to play with both of them!

For those who says its hard, its not really, if you are a begginer then i suggest you follow it slowly, step by step, changing the playback speed helps too.. hope this is helpful!

@@TomMack530 hello I'm a little late i see but if you're on mobile this'll help! If you go onto the 3 dots there are basically your settings. If you tap on that. One of the options will be playback speed. Tap on that and you can change the speed of the video.
0.25 is the slowest and 2.00 is the fastest.

My brain can't even entertain 2 separate tracks of thought at once, let alone coordinate my fingers to give sound to those thoughts... Basic as this was, it is insane.
Bassline - super easy. Melody, pretty easy. Both combined nope.
Start with playing your left hand. When you have that part under control, slowly add the notes of your right hand.

I am self taught so when I got a teacher about 4 years later my hand placement was 3/10 😖😊😐
Everyone please a word of advice is slow the video down to play at .25 speed (video settings) till you learn it in sections. Then, practice the melody smoothly. Patience and love to all.
Is it just me or you too that can't learn piano because your brain can't seperate the movement each of your hands, they both move at the same time. xD
Everyone has that. Its just practice, at some point you get the hang of it.

Practice :) jk but yes basically it’s that lol, try to learn easy songs and start with your right hand once you kinda know the right hand part you can move on to the left hand (at the same time) at least that’s what I did, it took me a lo g ass time tho

There used to be another easy piano rendition of this song on youtube but now I can't find it. It was a similar type of video, except the shot of the keyboard was from further away and the the rendition did not have as many sharps and flats as this one. I've been trying to find it for hours now, so i'm wondering if maybe that particular channel was taken down? If anyone has an idea about what channel i'm referring to, please let me know!! thanks!
I have the exact same problem! I was learning from that video but when i came back the other day to practice I couldn't find the video anywhere. I had the sheet music of that rendition open and it also had the video demonstration(aka the video we're talking about) below . When I tried to play it it said the video was unavailable because it was a private video. I don't know what happended but I guess it's not available anymore

How long did it take y’all to coordinate hands
when i first started it was maybe around 50+ hours of actually concentrating with a song I liked and after that I started to find putting both hands together a bit easier. just keep at it.
@@aldomusic5054 will I learn that if I slow down the video? I am looking at the timing of notes and try to hit them at the exact moment shown in the video? Example say when the right hand comes for the first time I know I need to press C# first but when I press E on my right hand at the same Time I press E with my left. Does that makes sense what I’m doing? My question is will this help me with my hand coordination overall? It seems to be helping.

abuse ads are just sucking the joy out of using you tube any more, now the view blocking window ads make it miserable when trying to see and learn the songs on the piano you are trying to teach. We get it ads make possible profit but at what cost when as in us leave the site out of frustration. Some ads are informative but it's the abuse of so many and now some are so long it;s like a mini series.

This was my favorite song to play when I was twelve, but thirty years later I can’t play for sh*t.
If you want to lose music, I implore you to stop watching these falling block piano vids. They look cool but you will never be able to play the instrument properly until you can read sheet music. Might sound like an old timer but I'm serious if you tell people this is where you learn piano they will laugh in your face.
i can play well more advanced stuff than this but struggle so much with this...WHY?
I’m have the same issue. This piece is hard to play both hands together because the tempo for left and right is not the same :). I made progress and I’m only learning this song for 4 days. I can play much harder pieces but this one is tricky to learn
