D2 is great. I don't understand the backlash it gets from some people but you can make a great knife really inexpensively with D2 and the average or even above average consumer will have a knife they can use for years and years. Yes, it might get a couple rusty spots now and again but learning how to clean and sharpen is part of knife ownership. As for the Penguin, I own a regular and mini (but not an XL) and they are both great. Mini for when I have to be places with tighter blade length restrictions and regular for everything else. My only real complaint is I wish the blade thickness was a little bit less on the regular. But otherwise a great knife and they do micarta really well.
👍🏼I like um. I think they have a million styles too and maybe a mini. I got a brass one not long ago. Kinda heavy. Very smooth action. Plan to shipwreck it.
Nice pickup, looks very compact and low profile.
Thanks, I'm looking forward to seeing what the hype was all about
Olives 🫒 kick ass! FIRST
I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE SO IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW
The sinning Catholic Church goers love them for Thanksgiving.
For what it’s worth, Jake at Canadian Cutting Edge really likes the Penguin and has said a lot of good things about it since he reviewed it.
I've seen nothing but good reviews. I have a feeling it's gonna do well for me. Way tardy to the party.
I sell a lot of knives through my business. I’m a fan of D2 steel. It holds an edge, it’s easy to sharpen, and it’s tough enough for “most” people.
Exactly what I was trying to articulate

I'm definitely looking forward to this one. Especially after all of the Ozark Trail and Mossy Oak goofiness for so many weeks.

I'm looking forward to this one. Feels pretty comparable to the Rat 2 aside from appearance and blade tip.
First! 🥇 #TeamNoSprinkles
#teamsprinkles with a sad second place
@@knivesiguess that's correct because #teamnosprinkles got first 🥇
Incorrect. You lagged behind by 1 minute or so.
