I night my mom’s boyfriend the pyrite lite xl and it’s great for $45. I was tempted to buy myself one as a no fucks given beater. But I don’t really spend time playing under $300 or so
All nice knives. Just not many good ones for big guys. I really hate to carry anything with less than a 3.75 inch blade and preferably 4 inches but most of these seem to be under 3.5 inches. It does matter when you have big hands. Great list though and you are very knowledgeable.
That’s what has kept me from venturing into giant mouse. My knives all get use to I refuse to waste money in a bad heat treat. Also why I waiting for Hinderer to dial in his s45 before I bought an xm18 in that steel.
I just got into Giant Mouse knives and all of the knives I have from them are performing extremely well in terms of edge retention, especially after the initial sharpening. I'm really enjoying them and their designs are top notch. They really are my favorite company
@jab0321 that's awesome. I hate to hear those horror stories of people spending all of their hard earned money on knives they get from over there. Hopefully, they have worked out any kinks. I'm glad it has worked out for you.
@@justinbelcher3679@justinbelcher3679 absolutely agree! Pete from Cedric and Aida recently did a cut test of a new Lionsteel MagnaCut blade and it performed very well. Seems like they are moving in the right direction. Cheers!
You can't just assume that 'all' knives made in Italy have a bad heat treat based on TH-cam gossip! I have some Italian made knives with a decent heat treat! 🤔

I've got the Russ EDC with the frag pattern. Love that knife to death. Doesn't nearly get the recognition it deserves. Great collection of knives! 🤙

Nice knives, but it is interesting that colors of all that knives are really similar...only black...gray/silver and little of white 😃 Happy New year
Haha it did not occur to me but you are right not a big fan of highly colored knives

Solid list
Thanks my friend!
Nice list, my favorite is the JK outpost. Wish he would make a 7.5" oal and 3.3" blade version.
Yeah if you got bigger hands i larger version would be cool, for me the compact size is actually a benefit

Not into Chinese knives.
The only thing i don't like about Italian made knives is that they have a bad reputation for soft heat treats.
