I had my 2012 mustang gt 5.0. I bought it for 16k with 73k miles. Did bolts on’s like headers and 3 1/2 in pipe with 5in tips. With ported mani with lockouts and cold air intake & with eibach lowering springs. Also had a 93 tune. I spent almost like 8k in parts on it. Love it but busted my oil pan at mustang week on stupid parking deck. It was special to me and a lot of memories for sure.
I respect the way hades looks! I like super modified and simple setups. As long as you're not throwing 30 inch wheels on or putting chrome on everything, it looks good!
I have somewhere around 13k in my 17 GT with A VMP blower. Money well spent. I LOVE my Mustang. I just added a Torch Red C7 like yours to the fleet as well but with a M7.
My 07 gt500 had couple bolt ons when I got it including mgw and twin disc clutch. I put a brand new gen3r on it I have maybe about 8-9k in it total that is including install and dyno tuning etc. I'm over 750 rwhp I feel like the bang for the buck was pretty badass especially since I only paid 16500 for the car with about 100k on it in good shape 😎 Gt500s are cheaper to upgrade the blower on vs putting a blower on a coyote because you don't gotta get the lower manifold and stuff. You got some good bang for the buck on yours too. The gen 2 coyote is my favorite one of the coyote variants they're beastly with boost. I prefer 15-17 styling too.
2012 Boss 302...Kooks headers, and midpipe - $3500 (installed), GT500 mufflers $400, MGW shifter and upgraded clutch (came on the car already) and that's it. The Boss doesn't need anymore then that to have a beast of a car.

I bought the car for $21,700 and with all the parts I've got about $4, 000 extra invested. I sold my truck and made a down payment of $13,000 so I'm under $180 a month payment.

I plan on doing a JLTII cold air intake with a custom tune,Kooks long tube headers with an off-road X-pipe,resonator delete and Flowmaster Outlaw axle-backs,(yeah,it’s gonna be loud),a one-piece aluminum drive-shaft,oh and maybe a set of 47 lb injectors with a better fuel-pump and maybe a set of high performance ignition coils. Eventually I may put a super-charger on it,but that will be down the road a ways.
I have a 2020 gt premium pp1 401a mt82 with roush blower. Bought it already supercharged for 45k with 9k miles on it. I added tsp lth, fore innovations dual pump fuel system, id1300s, griptec pulley, dss driveshaft, mantic twin disc clutch, e85, dyno tuned making just over 800whp and just under 800tq. Mods and shop time ram about 15k. Other mods like wheels/tires I have 7ish in, for a grand total of 70ish.
great video... In March of last year, I bought a used Mustang GT (SubZero), 401A MT82, with 22k miles. After tax and tags and extended warranty, $44K. A JLT no tune CIA $400, Corsa Extremes CAT back exhaust (used) $1k, and a whole bunch cosmetic items in the engine bay to be a little different cost me about $1.5k. So total for me total cost is $47K.

I have a 2019 PP1 in velocity blue paid 48k & put 10k into it... did a bunch of cosmetic stuff to it to personalize it & make it my own black/blue theme.. and I have done pretty much everything you’ve done to yours... except E-85 I live in Washington state not much E around here... I did what Jake did to his 5.0 vertical links & all the rear end stuff from steeda which I highly recommend night & day difference! Well you have to think, he bought it roughly 7 months ago when the market was still high as a cats back. Even then it’s still a bit higher than normal at least from what I see over here in Texas. I wouldn’t say he got ripped off though, with the limited availability for his spec. MSRP on his was probably around 51k with the options it has in 2020.
I have about $106,000 in my procharged 2021 HP Mach 1. Steeda suspension 12psi stage 2 intercooler tuner kit P1SC-1 . MGW shifter. Labor parts Dyno tuning interior with carbon fiber etc. it has 825 crank. With my soon added one piece drive shaft and mantic clutch and half shafts it will be about 740’sh whp. It Dyno at 720whp. I am staying 93 octane.

2015 GT MT-82 I probably have 6,000 in extras to my car. Almost FBO I just need to purchase 18+ ported manifold and fuel system for E-85, and then she will be complete for a while.
The car looks good and nothing nice is cheap especially Ford products but that's all I own I've put around 25k on mods on my 2020 GT and my F150 is next. It's all a good time have a have a great week.

Just brought a 2019 gt 10 speed auto for my wife for her daily driver we are just about to put a stage 2 street fighter kit on it witch includes full exhaust system cold air intake oil cooler and breather and tune on 98 pump fuel here in Australia should make around that 420hp at the wheels im hoping being auto maby abit less

I Have a Black 2022 GT PP1 401a manual with Recaros. FBO E85 with about 15k in mods and a Whipple on the way😎 Car was 42k out the door. We have very similar cars actually, same wickerbill and diffuser just gt500 front bumper and Project 6GR wheels on mine.
Mines not a Coyote but I do have a built up 2002 2V GT in Laser Red. Eibach Springs lowered 2in, BBK CAI, Long Tube Headers met to an X pipe with pype bomb mufflers, Stage 3 clutch, 4.10 gearing and tuned up to make roughly damn near 300hp N/A. Used to be 2.1L Kenne Bell supercharged but it was taken off to preserve it. Could run 93 or E85
Sorry.. A 2v with headers and mufflers does not make 300hp.. not even close.. but you can tell yourself that.. I had one with a 67mm turbo and it only made 380whp.. on 8lbs of boost.. It was not fast in modern terms..
Should definitely get the ball version of the shift knob for the automatic, makes the inside looks a lot cleaner. The way the 10-speed shift knob looks oem always throws me off, it’s kinda goofy
Had a question is it worth getting a premium? Friends told me bc base only has sport + while premiums have drag mode. I could care less abt the leader seats and touch screen I just want it bc of the 10 speed. Is it worth getting premium ? Or sport + same as drag mode ?
I enjoyed my S550s when I had them. The 10 speed was nice, but I need a manual car. I plan on manual swapping and doing a single turbo build on my 1990 fox

Could've bought a 13-14 GT500 with that money. I get that it would've been too similar to his blue S197, and woudn't have made as good of a choice for making content, but in the long run a A10 gen 3 will not be worth nearly as much as a Shelby. Seems like the price of the regular mustang has really gone up over the years.
Love your content bro but why did you pay so much for long tubes? I got 2m fabrication long tubes for $450 ( used ) that came with an off-road H pipe with dumps. Ported boss 302 manifold $350 used. P51D fender cold air $399+$45 shipping new. Nitrous Express kit with 100,150,200 jets, bottle heater X2, and all lines $500 used. Boundary OPG/Crank sprocket $200 new ( from my buddy ) Kelltrac spec Viking crusader shocks $675 new. BMR Drag lowering springs $250 new front/back Just need colder spark plugs $80 and a DW400 fuel pump $400 and ill be good to go will be running a 150 shot. Got a drag pack and cars going to be gutted soon. But ya less than 4k for a 9 second car not bad
Aye Derek, i have a deep impact blue 16 GT, and i love the tail lights, and I also have tons of dyna performance stuff along with a steering wheel with white leather for the simple clean look, ppl love the interior, on top of everything else ive done to her, and i got mine march 2021, i live in Michigan, and it had 35k miles and i paid 30k for it, got about 5k worth of cosmetic and mods, so im at about 35k into it
@@ajkarrer8476 mine is a 401a pp as well, so it just depends, but in my area, it was a good deal, and the car hasnt had a single issue since, it was also 30k out the door, tax and warranty, the asking price was $26750
@@Murdered0ut150 I’m boltons with 105k on the clock. You’re well beyond fine. I don’t have LT’s or E85 my area but neither makes a difference reliability wise, there was a guy who boosted the car at like 60k and it took major abuse until 200k. Just change your oil on time and use good fuel.
Derek, I guess I my age could be incompatible with your content. FYI, My first Mustang was 1970 Mach 1 351 Windsor 2bbl and it was 1 year old and I was a senior in high school. I am currently a Mustang owner and member of the National Mustang club, and a local Mustang club. I do show my car which is a 2013 V6 Premium convertible with Pony Package in Race Red over an ivory leather interior and tan top. About 200 manufactured that way. My car is factory stock and is an award winning car at shows. I commend the way you developed yourself going from a low paid worker to being self-employed. But I feel you still have much maturing to do at 30 yrs of age. You seem to spend an exorbitant amount of money of your car(s) but you are getting married in a few months. Couldn't that money be used to pay for the wedding? I admit I ave no idea of what you earn doing TH-cam, selling merch, I am just speaking of appearances. My biggest gripe is driving 100 mph on a public highway, totally not the wisest thing to do. Those are the kinds of things I did in my early 20's. I had to show off that a girl could handle a vehicle as well as the guys, but it was STUPID!!! What was worse was the inadequate drum brakes all around, they did not have enough to stop the car. I think you are a bright young man with a super future if you stay alive. Before you race someone on a public highway, give some thought to the possible consequences. You want to race, go to a track. I know I might sound like a mother or grandmother, it is just life experience talking.

Just purchased a ‘19 GTCS and I love the car it is in Shadow black had 6,400 miles on 9/5 and now at 8,000 so I have some time in the seat. I love the upgrades you made , this is my DD so I do drive to work etc. I want to start with CAI and do not want to slowly build but do not want to impact my ESP warranty. Well you have to think, he bought it roughly 7 months ago when the market was still high as a cats back. Even then it’s still a bit higher than normal at least from what I see over here in Texas. I wouldn’t say he got ripped off though, with the limited availability for his spec. MSRP on his was probably around 51k with the options it has in 2020.

I have about $106,000 in my procharged 2021 HP Mach 1. Steeda suspension 12psi stage 2 intercooler tuner kit P1SC-1 . MGW shifter. Labor parts Dyno tuning interior with carbon fiber etc. it has 825 crank. With my soon added one piece drive shaft and mantic clutch and half shafts it will be about 740’sh whp. It Dyno at 720whp. I am staying 93 octane.

Just brought a 2019 gt 10 speed auto for my wife for her daily driver we are just about to put a stage 2 street fighter kit on it witch includes full exhaust system cold air intake oil cooler and breather and tune on 98 pump fuel here in Australia should make around that 420hp at the wheels im hoping being auto maby abit less

I Have a Black 2022 GT PP1 401a manual with Recaros. FBO E85 with about 15k in mods and a Whipple on the way😎 Car was 42k out the door. We have very similar cars actually, same wickerbill and diffuser just gt500 front bumper and Project 6GR wheels on mine.

Mines not a Coyote but I do have a built up 2002 2V GT in Laser Red. Eibach Springs lowered 2in, BBK CAI, Long Tube Headers met to an X pipe with pype bomb mufflers, Stage 3 clutch, 4.10 gearing and tuned up to make roughly damn near 300hp N/A. Used to be 2.1L Kenne Bell supercharged but it was taken off to preserve it. Could run 93 or E85
Sorry.. A 2v with headers and mufflers does not make 300hp.. not even close.. but you can tell yourself that.. I had one with a 67mm turbo and it only made 380whp.. on 8lbs of boost.. It was not fast in modern terms..

Could've bought a 13-14 GT500 with that money. I get that it would've been too similar to his blue S197, and woudn't have made as good of a choice for making content, but in the long run a A10 gen 3 will not be worth nearly as much as a Shelby. Seems like the price of the regular mustang has really gone up over the years.

Aye Derek, i have a deep impact blue 16 GT, and i love the tail lights, and I also have tons of dyna performance stuff along with a steering wheel with white leather for the simple clean look, ppl love the interior, on top of everything else ive done to her, and i got mine march 2021, i live in Michigan, and it had 35k miles and i paid 30k for it, got about 5k worth of cosmetic and mods, so im at about 35k into it

@@Murdered0ut150 I’m boltons with 105k on the clock. You’re well beyond fine. I don’t have LT’s or E85 my area but neither makes a difference reliability wise, there was a guy who boosted the car at like 60k and it took major abuse until 200k. Just change your oil on time and use good fuel.

Derek, I guess I my age could be incompatible with your content. FYI, My first Mustang was 1970 Mach 1 351 Windsor 2bbl and it was 1 year old and I was a senior in high school. I am currently a Mustang owner and member of the National Mustang club, and a local Mustang club. I do show my car which is a 2013 V6 Premium convertible with Pony Package in Race Red over an ivory leather interior and tan top. About 200 manufactured that way. My car is factory stock and is an award winning car at shows. I commend the way you developed yourself going from a low paid worker to being self-employed. But I feel you still have much maturing to do at 30 yrs of age. You seem to spend an exorbitant amount of money of your car(s) but you are getting married in a few months. Couldn't that money be used to pay for the wedding? I admit I ave no idea of what you earn doing TH-cam, selling merch, I am just speaking of appearances. My biggest gripe is driving 100 mph on a public highway, totally not the wisest thing to do. Those are the kinds of things I did in my early 20's. I had to show off that a girl could handle a vehicle as well as the guys, but it was STUPID!!! What was worse was the inadequate drum brakes all around, they did not have enough to stop the car. I think you are a bright young man with a super future if you stay alive. Before you race someone on a public highway, give some thought to the possible consequences. You want to race, go to a track. I know I might sound like a mother or grandmother, it is just life experience talking.
