- This yard had been neglected for a long time and the customer was helping out his elderly uncle get it cleaned up!
First, I cut all of the brush in yard and along fence line. Then I focus on the many stumps needing ground out, the old split rail fence needing removed and picking up all of the mulch from cutting brush. Once this is all cleared I use my land plane to level the yard, gravel driveway and I edge the curb and sidewalks. Watch until the end to see the huge pile of dirt from curb! And, I might as well haul away a piano while I'm here!
Multiple neighbors stopped to see the yard transformation and were happy to see it get cleaned up!

That’s an easy 3,000 dollar job right there . Great work !!
OMG! That's a heck of a transformation sir 👏
oh my ..that land plane is the cat's meow.... cleaning that gutter ...1st time I've seen that. A master at his craft.
Your not scared to use the machine to its maximum….I like that..similar to AC, he’s not scared to use equipment to the full extent that he can. Yours certainly have good control if that baby skid steer. Love your stuff.
I enjoy the instant satisfaction of your videos! The transformation of your videos are fun to see! You do a great job and seems like you love doing it. Great video, need more!
Hi John , With every job you do , You win Us over with your hard work and your attention to detail. This job looks incredible.
Ok that was a HELL of a job!!!! 😃😃
It's awesome what all you're able to do with your machine and attachments! You did a great job, made that property so much better!👍👍🙏❤️
Amazing transformation. It would be really helpful if you could provide a list of the different attachments you used during your cleanups, and why you chose each over something else. I saw what appeared to be at least 4 different pieces lined up on the ground for the different needs of the cleanup job. You certainly have developed the expertise to handle a job this size.
I can't speak for him but it looked like mower, grapple, bucket, grading plane and stump grinder. Most are self explanatory as to why he used them, but the grading plane is easier to use than a dozer blade or box blade. It's also cheaper and less maintenance intensive. Most people start with one due to the cost and the learning curve. You can screw up a grading job in a hurry with a dozer blade or box blade if you don't know what your doing.
Crazy good
bet the neighbors are glad to see that cleaned up , nice work!
Looks great! You give me inspiration everyday!
What brand is your stump grinder? Don’t think I’ve ever seen one like that.
Toro. Working on a video talking about it!
Thanks for posting. I have been looking for a video of one of these mini skids in action with good operator to gauge whether they are any good for a supplement to my full-size skid steer. You make it look effortless, and I will be going ahead and purchasing one. I couldn't make a decision based on a salesman struggling to operate one. You do a good thorough job, by the way. Cheers from Australia, mate.
That's great! Glad it could help!
You say you have a full sized skid steer and you needed a TH-cam video to help you figure out if a mini is worth it? You either have are full of BS or have no idea what you're doing. These mini's are no different than their full sized counterparts, just smaller. Either you have a use for something smaller than a full size or you don't. A TH-cam video shouldn't be your deciding factor.
@mikel9567 don't recall asking your opinion mate.
Definitely an inspiration man! I’m a full time arborist and just purchased a Vermeer mini to do small scale forestry mulching and fire mitigation in north Idaho! Keep on posting!!! What stump grinder is that?
Toro Dingo stump grinder
Great job. Much more than a $500 job.
That machine is the bomb!
I can't believe it's the same property! Great job! How many days did you work on that job???
2 days
Are you pricing these jobs by the hour or the job and equipment needed
Everything I bid is by the job
Dang, that looks way better
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Good afternoon The guys and I also bring beauty to the areas, demolish houses and clear out areas.
Your work was very impressive, it’s a pity we don’t even have such equipment for sale...
Excellent job. Just wondering what type of forestry mulcher is that?
It's a brush cutter. Technically not a forestry mulcher but does a similar job.
that was a job well done big fella
Do you ever see any hickory wood trees that are perfectly straight I would like to at least have a couple of them so I can turn them into hiking sticks that would be awesome if can if not that's okay
Not often unfortunately but will keep a lookout!
I bet that was a 500 dollar job as much as u did and how good it looks and worth it
If you would charge $500 for that job, you either don't know how to price or you don't care about making money. That job is easily $1,200 on the extreme low end. In my area using that equipment, that's probably a $3,500 - $5,000 job easily.
Wow, great job!!
This seems to be a different time zone with all of the leaves. Is this from the past or did you move to the other side of the world somewhere?
February in Indianapolis
