Extra lean ground beef (210g), green beans (100g), and sushi rice (200g) but the hack is to use cinnamon and salt on it. Beef + cinnamon is incredible and underrated.
I have used cinnamon on beef and it is really good, even adding in some almond butter too

canned no sugar added apple pie filling, that powered pb, whey, & cereal all in a bowl 🤤 my post+training meal along with an egg sandwich, fav meal of the day.

Fav offseason meal, something that I picked up from Nick Walker: Jasmine rice + Chicken breast + Nut butter + Banana + Cinnamon. It's a weird combo for some people, but it is damn tasty!!!
I can see that tasting good, so important to keep the food interesting. The hardest part of bodybuilding is not the lifting, it's eating frequently and staying interested in your food.

I like to make a banana bread with oat powder, protein powder bananas and an egg. All good stuff and hits the macros bang on the money

Cooked egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon, nutritional yeast flakes, psylium husk, skyr yogurt - all mixed in a bowl.. topped it with frozen berries and crushed rice cakes with powder peanut butter ;-) my go to

1.5 scoop Taco Rice N Grinds
7ounce beef fajita
1 whole small avocado (80g)
30g Reduced fat cheese
I could not get down with the taco rice n grinds, love the other flavors though.

I'm not sure if it is a silly request or not but is there a way to do a video on having a natty food diet as opposed to an enhanced food diet like does eating or having the same diet differ to both worlds or is it different.... Much love and respect brother...

hey John!!!! Is it really that important to track veggies during the OFF SEASON? Or is it better to track certain type of veggies that are more calorie dense which could add to the total dally macros? As always love the informative content on your FDOE!!!!!!!

@@johnjewett7970 Cyberpunk Edgerunnes is only one season and about 10 episodes or something if I recall correctly, so its a quick watch. It's animated , very well done and the story is interesting and pulls heartstrings (like arcane) so just thought you'd enjoy it! :)

Nice vid john. do u think phytic acid from oats drastically affects nutrient absorption or not too much?
It does, but not a issue to run into nutrient deficiencies for most. The common ones are iron, zinc and manganese that it might bind to. Funny is many guys take IP6 to lower serum iron which is a form of phytic acid. Which phytic acid is not bad either it does have anti cancer properties. We also should look at this an entire diet and meal as a whole and not an individual ingredient. For example 30mg of vitamin C can counter the anti nutrient effect of phytic acid ie add blueberries in your oats lol. But really just watch serum labs, eat a diverse diet and unless you see a skew in labs I would not be concerned.
