Personally I don’t overcomplicate it and just count it all as total back sets and don’t separate it by muscle
How long did it take you to get this big?
I see you only have training day and non training day when it comes to nutrition. I didn't see a high carb day, do you not do them?
Not in the offseason as all training days are high carb
