@@nataliea5570 hi there. A little over a month ago, my SP (who is also my best friend) told me he cares deeply for me but isn't IN love with me. Instead of reacting, I just said "okay." and continued as normal. He lives two hours away from me. For the past month I've seen him at least once a week where I stay the night 2-3 nights. But this past weekend was different. Over 4th of July weekend, I wrote affirmations like "I have keys to ______ apartment. _______ tells me he loves me ________." On Saturday he gave me key to his apartment and told me he loves me. So basically six days after hardcore affirmations. My SP and I are best friends so we don't have any anger towards each other. Not sure if that helps or not. I'm also very happy being alone so I don't react to things I don't like. Binge watching Shelly and Kim Velez has really changed my mindset. I hope this helps. :)

After binge watching your videos for the past week, it's helped me embody that feeling what it's like to be loved, chosen, and claimed. Before I didn't know what that felt like so it was very hard to create the inner experience of that. I met you recently and have been watching your videos ever since. More like from May onwards. You have been life-changing for me! 2 days back me and my SP had a fight and we went silent, and I thought he would never talk to me (the whole relationship dynamic was just wrong - he was seeing me totally different than what I expected). That just rubbed me off completely.. And even though I had my doubts at times whether I am manifesting correctly, I persisted... Accepted what it is, and told myself, it is done. Love this topic I guess that much of us believe that we are amazing,that we deserve wonderful things but some how as Shelly said,we don't fully believe that,diving deep into it I think is cause we pressure ourselves too much to be this idea that society told us of what perfection or successful means to be,we compare ourselves to much,we fear that someone hurt us or abandon us if they know our true self,I guess the more we release those things the more kind you get with your inner self and of course you start to trust that you deserve and you are amazing !!! ❤
During the quarantine I felt so many things about myself. However when I started working out and focused on my Photography and found another hobby I really liked and I'm happy about it. I put myself into my own type of quarantine by cutting off everyone in my life to focus on myself and my self love. I’m not social whatsoever other than doing Uber Eats and DoorDash deliveries. Do you think that focusing on money and hobbies is the a good step to better manifesting? I’m trying to repair things with my sp, have been for a year but my friends stirred up drama a few days ago even with me being in no contact, I’m afraid they made it worse. Do I just shake it off and think to myself “he won’t think differently of me because of my friends” and just intend he’ll contact me? Thank you for any feedback if you see this!

@@saturn3491 Sure, I wrote in my manifesting journal ( dollar store spiral notebook, so nothing fancy) that I had found the perfect mate for me, then listed qualities he would have. Strong, loving, kind to animals, etc. I started telling myself anyone would be lucky to have me, I'm a great catch and I started sitting with that feeling of being a radiant person. I set unconventional reminders to sit with the feeling. For example, if my VPN randomized repeating numbers, I'd tell myself I'm loved. Or if a commercial came on TV for fabric softener, I would tell myself that I was soft attractive femine energy, etc. Just weird fun stuff like that. And one day he walked into a craft beer tasting and set down beside me and we have been inseparable for 2 years.

However, the main thing was to decide what the job of our dreams is. However, for the first time in my life, I do not know what my next steps are and what my dream job is. I don't focus on the specifics as I don’t know what my dream job looks like... I try to feel like I’m doing something I really like and am well paid, but it’s very hard and I feel literally no emotion about it. I was about to give up because I feel really tired and I dont want to put other energies for him, its been six months and I still see that 3p that I know is absolutely someone that he "use" to not stay alone because he thinking about me and I am the one he really want, but after this long time nothing seems to move. So I said okay who cares.. I am unique and I know it. My self love is on point so I dont understand why she is still there or why he seems stubborn. And when I said I give up this video popped up. Don't affirm those things about yourself. Say that you are all of those things - pretty, successful, amazing, and special. Flip that into a positive, and you'll start to believe it. :)

I just have a question and I need help. I use the law of assumption to get my sp to conform to me and it works. Ive gotten him to come back to me after he's the one that left, iv gotten him to say/text me specific things and I know he cares about me. Yet whenever I try to manifest a hangout/hu with him it never works out and doesn't happen. That is the main thing I want with him and it it my main focus and I genuinely believe in it happening but its been months and I've manifested everything I want but THAT hangout. I just don't know what I should do or if there are specific things I should be doing/saying/thinking to get him to see me.
ur so focused on making the hang out happen that ur creating resistance. ur living in lack. u may have a limiting belief. and remember that manifesting is easy!! ur trying too hard. u don’t need to try. u KNOW he wants you. u know he loves talking to you. u know he loves being with you. u know he wants to see u all the time!!

I need a little help, I have been manifesting my sp for a while now and I have already manifested few things before but now I’m not seeing a break through I’ve been affirming keeping mental diet in check but still it’s been a while I’m not seeing a break through even tho I know and feel from inside I’m the one and all so what do you think I should do or try to see a breakthrough or something because you know when we manifest and then when we see a little movement in our 3D even if it’s little it motivates us to keep going. Hi Shelly, Part of me....the real me actually feels like it's not even right for me to be chosen or not. I CHOOSE HIM. I can choose a man, I am a woman. A beautiful, funny girl. I struggle with this because another part that's been conditioned by experiences of the last year is expecting disappointment, and hot-cold behavior. I have actual ptsd where I get near panic attacks, so deep runs the pain. And this is messing with my desire because I don't feel like I can really get into the feeling of what I want, because I can't allow myself to go there anymore because I'm too proud and too uncomfortable with rejection. If that makes sense.
I understand the lao but I don't know how to deal with this, wanting something you can't allow yourself to feel anymore...Not doubting if you can manifest your desire, but doubting what you want. I love myself, alright. But on the topic of not really having a full grasp on self love: ever since I’ve wanted to be with J, I had been telling him how I just wanted him to let me love him. Now I know how wrong that was and how much I’ve delayed everything. Now, my deep fear is that the “damage” somehow is done and I couldn’t manifest another reality where he does choose me in spite of cultural and territorial obstacles. I hope that I’m making sense. Is it too late or everyday is a clean slate and the past is past?

Omg I kid you not! I did some self love yesterday I still did the affirmations and tried my best to believe them and feel them although I have trouble feeling when I do self love :-( anyway, this morning I went to the store and saw a guy (not my type at all) who lives near me and he always says hello to me in just a casual way, but today he saw me and said hello then out of nowhere he shouted in a loud voice 'Char you look AMAZIING! AMAZIIING!! When are you going to marry me??' I was soo shocked! I've seen him around for years and never has he ever said more than hello. I got soo embarrassed because he shouted it soo loud that everyone turned around to look at me, I just wanted the ground to swallow me up! I smiled and laughed and quickly walked off. My self love affirmations were things like 'I'm so beautiful' 'guys desire me' 'I'm a sexy goddess' 'I'm amazing' 'guys always want me in their life'

Relate so much. I am finally feeling happiness. I found this kind of work 3 years ago and have been working on myself every day since. Techniques like meditations, visualisations and affirmations. I think dropping self criticism as much as possible is what has helped me a lot. I think just sticking at trying to see yourself as worthwhile makes it eventually start to take over and kick in. But I absolutely know what you mean and how you feel. I’m facing very difficult times but bizarrely am so happy these days. I hope you find things to help. Xox

Can you talk about what causes inconsistent communication? My SP will come around and say everything I want to hear. But then I won't hear from him for 2 weeks.

I have manifested contact from my SP 💙 he’s suddenly talking about us & the future plans we had (we broke up 6months ago) however he’s not quite showing up how I would like. His ego does not allow for him to be open & vulnerable & honest. He can’t allow himself to say he loves & misses me though I know he does. Instead he’s trying to get me to open up first. He is involved with a third party but he’s never told me & I never bring this up with him because I don’t want to speak that person or situation into my reality. How do I get him to show up differently please? Will what you are speaking about now be my limiting beliefs (fear of not being chosen) or something else? I try to be open & truthful & I’ve let him know I’m doing great which I am. I accepted the breakup even though it was very hard I let him go as he wished. I know I’m somewhat guarded & lacking trust because he basically ended us for another connection closer to home, so is that what I need to focus on? @@nataliea5570 I’ve been persisting in changing my limited beliefs & stabilising my emotions so I have peace within. Repeating affirmations until I say them confidently & lovingly to myself. Telling myself it’s done & don’t worry. I express gratitude & appreciation for who & what I do have in my life & try to change my focus as much as possible. Lately I had a weekend with friends & kept very grounded & really enjoyed myself. It was after that he came to me. Things aren’t perfect but they are moving in the right direction. 😌

How do you do self love when the 3D says that you are not beautiful etc. Let's say someone is ugly by societies standards and has been made to feel this way by people, it is difficult to do self love when in reality you know its not true. I will use my PCOS symptoms as an example, one of which I am very embarrassed about......... Telling myself I am beautiful when that symptom physically makes me not beautiful, well its really difficult to tell myself I am beautiful. I find that majority of people who have good self love are actually very attractive people. Its like when attractive people say looks don't matter and wealthy people say money doesn't matter.........

Sometimes we think we're doing everything right and living in the end all the time, but we don't even notice that we're constantly noticing how much time has gone by, or we keep wondering about the how, etc. Sometimes it's difficult to catch those really subtle thoughts. They can slip right past you, especially if they have been occurring for a while.

With all do respect.., BUT Choosing someone YOU feel you MUST have is a set up for misery to come your way. Trying to dictate to the Universe what it should or should not deliver and who you think is best for you with your limited understanding and perception is rather naive. Most of us have failed miserably with many relationships and we still try to control and demand and push our agenda. Surrendering and trusting is a good place to start.You make your plans but be aware GOD IS laughing. Sometimes people focus on one thing so much and try so hard they become absolutely irrational and emotionally involved when it doesn’t happen they have a mental breakdown. It is devastating and crushing. Just take life one day at a time try not to live in some delusion and don’t put your entire happiness on one person. Sometimes we become so desperate for love and acceptance that we are rushing full speed ahead into the person’s arms without even seeing who is across from us.
Wanting a specific or “chosen person” is saying to the Universe This is the only person that can make me happy and nobody else will do. You’re the only one who can care, rescue, save and love yourself more than anyone else in the entire world. Nobody can make us happy and it is not why each of us was born on this planet. You’re not someone’s reason for them to be happy and neither should someone else be your reason for you to feel “ that a chosen” person is your salvation and answer to your life problems. I am majoring in mental health psychology and I also work with a therapist myself and I became aware how when we want someone else to come and make us happy and make us feel good we literally surrender our own ability and power to make ourselves happy and content and we put our life joy and fulfillment in the hands of external events and circumstances. It won’t work. Nothing in the external can fix what’s happening within you.
Until you meet your own needs and address your needs yourself don’t go outside into the world and look for a savior in one perfect person. If you are fixated and want one exact person ., ask yourself: Can I be happy on my own without this person and why do I need this exact person in my life? What would happen if I let the idea of that person go and see myself happy without them? If we want to say this is the only one for me and nobody else will do, we find pain and frustration because we limit the possibility of other people coming into our lives who are actually healthy for us. We don’t know so much and we still insist and push, try to control things and say I know what is best for me. The most wise thing to acknowledge is that we don’t know everything and we’re limited in understanding. Let the Universe bring your lover to you, don’t dictate your demands because you will suffer.
Sometimes we don’t see that the person we want is unhealthy and toxic, it is after we got into a relationship that we discover that it isn’t as it appeared to be. But then we get to feel victim of the abusive and toxic relationship and blame them.
You may or may not get that exact person but your life force and energy shouldn’t be focused on trying to push for that one thing. When you push and want something desperately you actually are saying I am unhappy and unwilling to allow anyone or anything else. Then the Loving Universe will respond with you being alone. Because the person we want so much is the person we must build inside of us within in a way that you see yourself whole and healthy and not wanting someone in particular or demanding that exact person because your happiness isn’t in someone’s hands but in your own. And if you do push and want one exact person Believe me life will prove your point you will be alone for years and years while you’re fixated on that one person and you will see him with different people and you will still be waiting on him and waiting and waiting and waiting ..!
Let life happen and stop trying to control things because you can’t force things to happen regardless of how hard you try.
@@user-ot3wz8pk5x Right, exactly however you are not aware that when you point to one thing and say this is the only thing that I want and nothing else will do, you’re basically limiting what the Universe can do. While you hang on to controlling and wanting to manipulate things you lose power and you lose yourself in that. Live life day by day, and surrender fully and trust that you don’t need to order the Universe what you want and need, iT is pure intelligence and it knows what you need and when and it knows how to find you also. So when you stop making plans and stop trying to control things you find true freedom and true heaven. Believe me I been there done that. Do not waste your time wanting one exact thing or person. Stay open and trust fully and open your heart and soul to life, and know whatever comes it will be great and it will be also for your highest good and it may or may it be the person you were fixated on.
