Hi Melissa, did LDN improve your sleep while you were taking it in the evening? How much before sleep do you take it? I have started 3 weeks ago and I feel like it makes me more anxious taking it in the day so now I am testing switching it to before sleep. I didn't have sleep issues for 2 nights and had a lot of them for 1 night, it is so confusing. I am unsure if I should keep taking it at night.

I have always taken it in the evening. I take it about 20 mins after my other med, about 20 mins before I go to sleep. It does take time to get used to it. Have you increased dose slowly?

@@MelissavsFibromyalgia I did. 2 weeks on 0,375 mg and just yesterday has been 1 week on 0,75 mg. I plan on going up to 1,5 mg in one week. Overall my plan is to spend two weeks at each dose increase. Maybe then I should try to stick at night dosing bit longer and see. I got discouraged when I woke up 3 times at night last night but like I said 2 other nights before were fine so hard to tell.

I have FM,ME/CFS and POTS too. I’ve been on LDN since mid last year and slowly titrated up to 4.5mg. It has helped with cognition quite a lot, but unfortunately not with fatigue. I do wonder if a slightly higher dose may help the fatigue but wonder, how do you know your sweet spot?

Personally, I know if I've dropped too low then I end up with bad morning pain and stiffness. If I go too high then I get ulcers in my mouth! I've always been guided by symptoms. Hopefully that helps

@@MelissavsFibromyalgia thank you for replying. I asked because I discovered anything more than 25mg causes me to have increased muscle pain. How about you?
