- In this video, for Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS Awareness Month 2024, I share some of the harder aspects of living with fibromyalgia and ME/CFS. If you've ever wanted to hear the real and raw downlow of living with these symptoms then this is the video for you.
I apologise for the quality of the video, the lighting didn't quite look like that when I was filming. But I am more focused on giving you the resources than making them perfect - or they'd never happen as I have four small children and these conditions!
For Awareness Month I put down my positive proactive approach and pick up my tell it like it is approach. I hope it helps you not to feel so alone.

Hi Melissa. My chiropractor advised that I wear sacriolic joint belt and I love it. It really helps with the pain.
Oh yeah the pain when someone touches or squeezes your upper arm, and having BP taken -ouch! 😮
