    Thank you for sharing, that was a great match. I wish that judges would give the sentence of arms to clarify the action for everyone but also for themselves.

      Yeah thats what I was thinking! Like the judges called way too many after blows when they didnt actually happen imo. It doesnt really matter to me though, I just like seeing good fencing. Which is what we saw here! I think competing is cool because that is where we see a lot of it but "winning" at competitions I dont really care about. Scores arnt a big deal to me in this hobby. I think everyone get that because a lot of people are afraid of it turning into sport fencing. Haha

      That’s a huge compliment my friend, thank you. Tyson is a legend and definitely a fighter whose style I admire. Ever thought about any similarities before, but maybe there is something with entering like that. Will ponder.

    Great bout. I have to say that I don't find the point assignment and the total to reach too great, but the fencers were top level.

      The guy on the left lost 3 times in a row to the same move "top level" fighting

    • @bobleeswagger8676
      @bobleeswagger8676 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Another "top level fencing" moment is when the guy on right tries to blocks in the same way the entire match but the guy on left decides to strike there still and gets countered. And when the guy on right doesn't block anything anyways, he still tries to block and gets hit. What a fucking shit show if this was fighting. Tell me a single commander that would hire a "top level fencer" to their army

      @@kenpyzy5376 Nope. Only idiots fight in duels, real men beat down people with 10 friends without leaving a chance to retaliate and use guns because its 21st century. This is called "eaz" unlike your tryhard ignorant fencing methods that fail because its role playing. While your biggest names in longsword never improved since 2005 as demonstrated by this Jacket Branded person who got hit by the most basic hit you can do with a sword

    How much lighter are these steel feders compared to the actual swords that they are trying to emulate?

    • @Wordragen
      @Wordragen  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would say they are the exact same weight.
      They are using Feder, or ferderschwert. Which are about the same weight

    I cant believe people think this is good. It resembles nothing so much as what it actually is, unskilled peasants flailing at each other with swords. Back to the drawing board HEMA

      You are pathetic. Go back to your hole and stew in it. Or go and actually fence, and post your own fencing online.
