People it isn't just RB it's all the teams accusing each other of cheating. Been like this since forever. F1 has always been shady when it comes to applying the rules on a fair and consistent bases. In the end FIA, F1, and Liberty can easily manipulate which teams improve and which teams decline simply by rejecting a design change.

not sure the argument is over drag. Mclarens speed is not particularly impressive, infact its toward the bottom at most circuits - I think it is more about the angles of upright changing for different corner speeds
I note that you left out the onboard camera shots of the VISIBLY flexible mclaren front wing, more flex than ANY others on the grid . Illegal ? I don't know ,but definently there.

is there a specific (and legal) reason why so much of the filming in this video is shown as backwards. Weird and distracting. They need to either edit better or explain it.
All front wings were checked by the FIA a few races ago and all were found to be okay
It all depends on how you test and what you're looking for.
The cheat with the flexible wing has been done before...
@@nicomeier8098 as i understand it mclaren and mercedes made their wings to pass tests because their wings does not flex as whole (which i think FIA tests) but part of the wings is made in a way it can flex without changing shape of whole wing too much

@@ezatron9766 RB has a slow-corner/fast-corner/any-corner, understeer AND oversteer problem. Maybe adding asymmetrical braking back on the car will help, definitely will help with late braking and turn in handling.

Come on, they are not complaining or alledging anything. They asked the FIA to look at it and if found legal, they would do it too. And on top of that....Ferarri is standing with Red Bull in this. They announce Adrian is walking away from Red Bull as of next year, at the start of the year the car was not working as well as the last year's car, and has subsequently got worse in general performance as the year has gone on. Seems to have echoes of the reason Adrian walked away from McLaren.

These repeated stories, at the very least, must be distractions for the team as a whole, and may account for the drop in performance. I also expect at Newey told Red Bull that he believed this year's design was flawed but he was not listened to, which is why he has resigned.
So with all this negative press flying around what is a marketing exercise, Horner has pulled the classic F1 'squirrel' stunt ~ "Look it is not that we are shite, rather it is because so-and-so is cheating!"
The whole flex in the wings, back and front, has been going on for decades, and it will only stop when the FIA do what they did the last time it came to a head and introduce the front-wing DRS type flap.

They've always whined. Horner constantly slagged off Renault during the V8 era, even though by the end the two fastest teams had Renault engines. Yet, he hardly mentions Honda who have provided them with a very effective engine over their recent period of dominance. Red Bull are terrible losers and as bad as winners. They love to accuse the other teams of cheating but get offended if anyone dares to question their cars.
Remember after the first 5 races F1 asked RB to slow their cars down so you know the FIA has something to do with this. Seriously this is a big story the F1 wants RB to slow down? Who’s reporting on this? C’mon

The ones that were in sight were actually McLarens. There was a protest from Red Bull against McLaren because of their brakes. The reason why McLaren and Mercedes are so quick now has to do with the front wings

They should all drive the very same wing provided by the FIA itself, with standardized trimming settings to play with, based on models provided by the teams
there is a very distinguishable high pitch sound difference and the end of long straights produced by the car of Norris, which seems abnormal, like some rod responding to airpressure, adjusting angles, that reset during braking
That sound difference needs to be explained and investigated, otherwise F1 is making a fool of itself
if you make front wings a standard item, then there is no scope for different aero philosophy as the front wing is critical - you might as well make it a spec series if you do that - and then what is the point of F1

You dont know if its true, plus almost every team does this. Redbull was being accused of everything when they were winning. Its part of the game. If the FIA rules the wings are fine, then Redbull and the rest of the teams will simply do the same thing and move into the grey area.
