I love the "do it as your skin needs it" approach! I love the neutrogena sheet mask for hydration and the one for detoxing mostly for the fact I feel great results instantly. The Jet Lag mask really didn't work for my skin, it just didn't do anything fantastic for my skin. Great content as always!

I love to use Clarins Beauty Balme as a 15 minute mask before moisturizer. Its been around for decades and has a cult following. Can also be used as a primer. Leaves skin with a milky dewy finish. Great to use when you have to fake a good nights sleep.
I love masking! It's like a little ritual I do once or twice a week. Nothing beats the feeling of washing, exfoliating and then picking the mask to suit my skin that day. I mostly use purifying or brightening masks, but I also love a good hydrating mask every now and then.

The best mask I’ve discovered this quarantine is the origins out of trouble face mask. I use it as a face mask and a spot treatment whenever my face is acting up and you basically see instant results. I love it so much it’s truly a lifesaver.

I have used the Dior Hydralifr mask for over two years and absolutely love it!!!! I enjoy the Body shop's British rose plumping mask as well... What a treat! Been keen on trying the Caudalie mask!

I love the glow recipe retinol avocado sleeping mask. It is super soothing and I always feel that my skin is so smooth and supple after I take it off. Love your video!!

I've recently fallen in love with the May Lindstrom Problem Solver, which has done wonders for my rosacea. I also love using the Therapi propolis ultra radiance cream before flights or as an overnight moisture mask! :)

Nice video! I found it while checking out the Jurlique mask, which has been suggested as a substitute for the Sisley Black Rose. Black Rose is my holy grail for hydration, it’s interesting how we all experience products differently. Before any event I exfoliate with Dr Lancer Polish (GENTLY), do a round of Eve Lom Rescue mask and then slap on Black Rose and let my skin drink up what it needs before dabbing the excess away and moisturising. I’m excited to try the Jurlique! Keeping enjoying your skincare time, it’s so therapeutic and I can see that you love it

I find Sisley's black rose cream mask works best when I use them for sleeping mask instead of 10-minute mask. Tried it as 10 minute mask a few times when I just purchased it and I'm really disappointed because the price tag is so high and does not deliver as good as the reviews. But after I started using it as a sleeping mask, it's a game changer. I have a lot of face masks/sleeping masks and I rarely repurchase but Sisley's black rose cream mask is now my holy grail. It works wonderfully even when I'm feeling really lazy, just apply them after washing my face and the next morning I find my skin even better than my usual skincare routine (which usually does not include this mask just because I'm using them sparingly). I also do this to other masks I have, I find some masks works better when used as sleeping mask even when it's not advertised as so.

I recently discovered the calendula face mask from AprilSkin. I've only used it a few days so far and I'm really surprised with the results! My skin is super sensitive and somewhat dry but this one is very gentle on the skin. It's great for brightening and removing redness(:
I also have the watermelon mask, I use very few times a week because even though I used a thin layer as a sleeping mask it would dry out my face if used more frequently.
For hydrating I use the Neutrogena hydro boost, it works well, so far it's been the most hydrating, but I might consider trying the Glossier moon mask now too!(:

Loved this video (as all the rest). Thought I'd mention that I love the summer Friday's mask, but as you said I only use it as a night moisturiser and not as a mask. I have oily acne prone skin that is also dehydrated. After using it every night I wake up with soft hydrated skin and it absorbs very well. Hope this info is useful. I'm looking forward to the peachy tones video 🤩 XX

I’m such a mask fanatic and was happy to have viewed this. It looks like I need to try some of Glossier’s masks. I, too, like the Origins and Sand & Sky masks. I actually make a lot of DIY masks and Australian Pastel Pink Clay is one of my favorite clays to use. I’m very careful about what I use/where it’s coming from and research every ingredient thoroughly. A newish fave ingredient is banana powder. Sooo nourishing. I still have my faves that I purchase

One of my favourites is the Dior Hydra Glow mask - I’ve been using it for over a year and notice such softness after using it. Though I’m a Sisley fan, the Black Rose mask has not made a difference to my dry skin. I have Sisley facials - such a treat - and I’m going to ask my esthetician for some application tips. During this quarantine period I decided to take extra care of my mature, dry skin and masks have definitely been a part of my routine. The By Terry mask is new to me and I’ve added it to my wish list 😊

I love a good hydrating and brightening mask! I am on the hunt for a good moisturizing mask and think I might have to give the Glossier Moisturising Moon Mask a try next. I recently have been using the Farmacy Honey Potion mask and really love It! it's not as hydrating as I was hoping, but it leaves my skin so visibly smooth, soft, and even. It's a great pick-me-up for when my skin is feeling blah.

@@matildaonvideo Forgot to reply to this but just in case someone looks at the comments for reviews - sensitive skin havers beware! It gave both my partner and i a bad reaction. (The moon mask didn't give me any issues, but didn't do anything special either)
I wasn’t the biggest mask user but fresh’s rose face mask has made me a believer. It’s pricey but worth it

Probably my holy trinity of sorts is the origins pink clay mask, the origins drink up hydrating mask and the Body shop rose plumping mask which I think is a dupe of sorts for the fresh one. I always love me some sheet masks when at home especially when it's hot in the summer and I take them out of the fridge

I'm with you on the Glossier moon mask! I've tried multiple hydrating masks (including the Summer Fridays one, which irritated my sensitive skin due to the peppermint oil), and nothing really beats the hydration and softness I get when I use the moon mask. I'll definitely look into the Jurlique one as well since I haven't used anything from that brand before, but I see it featured on your channel so often!

My go-to mask is the dermalogica multivitamin recovery mask, real multitasker! I haven’t found a favourite cleansing mask yet but I’m interested in trying the pink clay mask after your video:)

Just finished my Moon Mask, but luckily received a hydrating rose mask for Mother’s Day last weekend. Not a brand I’m familiar with, Andalou Naturals?? It’s lovely. Plus to torment myself, I use The Ordinary’s Peeling Solution twice per week. Very effective as an exfoliating mask, but super tingly to say the least! Another great vid, Matilda!

Always add masks into my routine, my recent hydration favorite is Dr.Jart’s ceramidin sheet mask. And from the heat here in Thailand recently, I discovered pore refining mask which I love. It has frizzy effect like Ctilbury in the video , Glamglow’s instamud with its purple mask.

I received a travel size of the black rose mask as a gift with purchase a little while back and my skin HATED it 😂 which I'm honestly grateful for haha because I wouldn't want to fall in love with a face mask with that price tag. I gave the mask to my mum and she actually loved it and for her it totally lived up to the hype so at least it didn't go to waste because I wasn't gonna risk trying it a second time🌹

I love a good mask! I'm really into the Bliss Marshmallow Mask for an instant boost of glow and moisture, I love the Elemis Resurfacing Gel Mask for when I need a good refresh, and when all else fails.... The Amazonian Clay Powder mixed with ACV.

I love glow recipe watermelon mask! Like you I don't enjoy wearing masks to sleep so I do my masking routines and wash off before heading to bed. However I got lazy one night and just left it on, it did not bother me at all, and gave a really nice moisture boost the next morning!

I will forever be grateful to you, dear Matilda, for “not recommending” 😉 Dior glow mask. I am never without it now & own the entire range of their Hydra Life masks. If you enjoy clay masks, their pink clay mask is wonderful; it’s clay but not drying, so soft & nice. My favorite Dior mask, however, has become the Capture Totale one minute mask. Works wonders, yet the concentration of acids is not nearly as high as in professional skincare, so chances to go overboard & harm one’s skin are as low as possible. (needless to say I leave it for more than 1 minute)
My relatively recent splurge was Dior Prestige Le Grand Mask, which is a nice nourishing & hydrating mask (they say restorative), I mean it’s nice, but doesn’t really wow me to justify the price.
I also enjoy Thalgo masks & of course Chanel🤷🏻♀️
