Hats off to the INTERIOR DESIGNER, DECORATOR and the ARCHITECT :) ...... JUST AMAZING.

Bro, where is the technical room such as the machinery room with the electronic brain of the house, boxes with automatic fuses, a system with hot water pumps, an air conditioning system, a ventilation system, a drainage system, a pool purification system, etc...? Btw. the great tour and one of your best, great mega mension, it's worth every penny!
@@TheNestormilic My favorite thing about the house is the overall Zen feel you get from the travertine floors and walls. It kind of looks like running water. It's so beautiful. I also love how you're not smacked in the face by a gigantic gold encrusted stairway when you walk in the front door.

The average bedroom in this mansion is better and i mean much better than some primary bedrooms I have seen. you invite me as a guest, you will have to get me out by force that guest bedroom is something else.

Villas, apartments etc.. You could even try branching out to other emirates like Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Other gulf countries like Qatar and KSA. Also, how about hotel/resort tours? That’s another big market.

Yes the developers can build similar if required. They have some cool projects in progress and hopefully we'll be able to tour them.
