Ali, brate zabrinjava me ova privatnost, koje nigdje faktički kao da i nema, kada pričamo o vilama u Dubaiju. Sve vile zbijene, jedna do druge, kao kutije i faktički su tik na cesti, nisu dovoljno uvučene i odmaknute od ceste, a to je u pravo što govorim manjak prostora na samom placu. Ne mogu vjerovati, da ih grade na tako malim placevima. Ovakva vila i ovakav visok nivo gradnje zahtjeva plac od minimalno 5000 m2, pa čak i više i da su ograde dosta više i da je privatnost na nivou! Druga zamjerka je to što ako biraju Miele uređaje, onda bi trebalo da ugrade uređaje zadnje serije, npr. pećnice koje su ugrađene su stari modeli izašli na tržište u prodaju prije 10 godina! Ista zamjerka i za televizore. Ugrađuju stare modele televizora sa zastarijelom tehnologijom i opcijama. Npr. na tržištu su odavno novi 8K modeli Samsung televizora svega 1.5 cm debljine okvira i kad se postave na zid pomoću slim fit plitkog nosača izgledaju kao slike na zidu, što i jest poanta modernog minimalističkog izgleda i dizajna. A ne ovi televizori sa širokim okvirom i još postave na neki zidni nosač koji ih dodatno odmakne od zida i to onda izgleda užasno! Onda tu su televizori marke C Seed za enterijer i eksterijer, koji imaju poseban automatski mehanizam, i kada se sklapaju, te ulaze u pod ako se radi o enterijeru ili dijelu betonskog bloka ako se radi o elsterijeru, to ih čini potpuno nevidljivim, jer poslije njihovog sklapanja, kad uđu u pod dio ploča poda se vrati na svoje mjesto i ostaje pod ravan. A kad se rasklapaju i iz izlaze iz poda imaju poseban dizajniran način na koji to postiže taj automatski mehanizam integrisan u njih koji to sve pokreće, te djeluje nesvakidašnji prizor! Taj televizor si imao prilike vidjeti u vili od 60 miliona što si je prezentovao. A oni stavljaju B&O televizore, našminkano sranje naspram C Seed-a. A lik koji je radio u B&O napustio tu firmu i osnovao C Seed. A u B&O koriste ekrane od LG-a, toliko o kvalitetu! Sve u svemu htio sam reći, mnogo štede na nekim stvarima, što kasnije kvari izgled i dojam ostalih modernih detalja ugrađenih u enterijer vile. Što se tiče tvog rada, to je sve na mjestu, sve pohvale, perfektno odrađeno kao i uvijek! Samo tako nastavi! 😊👏🏻💪🏻

My bad this my favorite house under 7,000 square feet the other one not for sale was great but the exterior lighting is next level with great interior luxury and decor another great turn key property!!!!
Wonderful villa, so many interesting features but not much privacy, the neighbouring villas are way too close and you'd be worried about turning those speakers up.🙃
It's such a beautiful house, I'm now considering the Marina skyline view instead of the sunset view. But why does it look dark during the day? A lady also posted the same house and it was dark! wanna see it for myself when I'm in town.

Some Palm Jumeriah Garden Homes built extra room on top which can be additional bedroom, a lounge with a view and yes probably a gym also but that needs to be planned before redevelopment and agreed with designers/architects.
The dutch land reclamation projects are hundreds of years old, and the Palm was built with them on the team. Let's also not forget the lamd reclamation projects in Italy, in New York, Monaco, etc, all of which are older and use outdated techniques, yet have survived
to spend 16 milion and the first thing you see is that the soccer table is wrong..... omg, the person that design it or assemble it should be fired imediately coz it shows no comon thought is been made..... this is simply a reason to NOT buy the house coz obviously ton more mistakes will have been made... at this point i would even think if the sink is connected properly....
The soccer table is more of an art piece. I agree the colors of the players should be in a different order but it's more for aesthetics reasons I think. Thanks for watching

For 16.000.000 u have your neighbours on your right side looking straight into your garden from the top and the fence should also be higher in my opinion. Not a lot of privacy for that amount of money.

House is not that dark in person but yes some elements are darker than some other Palm Jumeirah houses. Also it was sold few days after the filming.
