In the future you can show as many houses that BCI has done, but their best project and definitely the best house ever done in Dubai, is the 52 million villa in Dubai Hills overlooking the golf course, which you showed a year ago. And for sure, such a house, which can match its design, will not appear for a long time!
That Dubai Hills villa is truly something special-an absolute masterpiece! It’s hard to imagine anything topping that one anytime soon. But who knows? We’re always on the lookout for the next showstopper. Any other standout properties you'd love to see?

That's a tough question. I might go for District One or Dubai Hills. We actually filmed our first tour in District One recently and hopefully video will be out in 2-3 weeks so you can compare it with villas in other neighborhoods.
