This is a wonderfully clear video. However, it would be more helpful, and even less potentially harmful, if it, or the accompanying description, explained in layperson's terms just what right horizontal canal BPPV is. Or at least clarify how to interpret "right." I am assuming that it means the problem has been located (perhaps via the Dix-Hallpike Test) on the right side -- in other words, dizziness is induced by turning the head to the right -- and hence the actual therapy in the video occurs when the head is turned to the left and left again, before returning to the right for a post-check on the condition. Is that how to understand this?
I was told by my PT today that my posterior canal crystals have moved into the horizontal canal. I think that is why this disclaimer says if you have been told by one of their PT or Drs that you have horizontal canal. This isn’t to be used on the other canals.

So u still repeat the manouver the second time after 5 minutes even if spinning occurred??
