Aslamu alaykum last 10 month I'm suffering from cervical myelopathy C3 and C4 pinched nerve. Dr said surgery is last option but I have no any kind of severe problem like in this case happened but I want to out from pinched nerve what's the solution for same. without surgery pls reply??
Same pain I had in my neck and arm 2 months back In MRI and x ray report showed same discs C4 C5 and C6 were worn out and narrowing the gap of these disc and muscle spasms also seen I took medicine for one and half months but off and on pain occurs and shooting pain goes into upper arms Dr also suggested me physio therapy any further suggestions plz

I had a similar kind of issue and tried chiropractor adjustments. It helped for a while but gradually returns to pain again in a few months. Not sure what to do.

Do you have any sleeping problems too?
This is cervical problem, the only solution is exercise along with healthy food and may be some supplements like vitamin d ampule etc
