How to get Relief from Back Pain | Dr. Khalid Jamil Akhter

In this video Dr. Khalid Jameel Akhter talked about the Back Pain. In first half of the video he is giving the tips to relief early as possible.
Talk about the types of Back pain in human body. Share a symptoms of Back Ache with different disease, first one is Tuberculosis (TB), For example, tuberculosis of the spine may give you back pain. One of common back ache disease in young age called an Ankylosing Spondylitis, Symptoms of might be include difficulty in take breath, pain and stiffness in your lower back and hips. Third one is called a back ache of Asteoporosis, mostly old age person affected on it.
The entire patient who have Back Ache issue should be sleep on straight bed not on floor. But should be go for Doctor for regular check up.

I had grip issue 6 months ago along with pain in hand and knee joints and lower back. 3 months regular treatment with vit-D and other medications all isssues resolved except lower back ache. Same Dr. advised me to leave all other medicines and use a topical cream and nuberol forte for back ache. I am still finding for permanent releif as this back ache have become persistent and negatively affecting my routine activities. Need your suggestions Dr. Khalid
