I need to introduce you to my buddy Mac. Last Sunday he did his first ever triathlon (with no training) just because I was doing it. He thought, 'why the hell not?!' He's an Aussie have a go hero who crams himself in to a pair of budgie smugglers for the entertainment of the crowd.
Mac's attitude to life is contagious. He's positive, outgoing, fun and will give anything a go. I think we could all be a little more like Mac. Even though I think he may have regretted not training for it....

@@ThisMessyHappy It's actually on an island (Norderney, Germany) and i will try my best at the olympic distance. Swimming in the sea is going to be fun i guess :D

When I used to go cycling at the gymn ;there was a guy that was trying to get into the commonwealth cycling team ,the size and power was out of this world
no training!!!!! the guy is filled with abs mussels and so fit ... you could say no triathlon experience
Ha ha true! But look at him. Those legs are as big as me and he had to try to drag them round 5km of running 😂 cardio is not his thing by the way ha ha
@@ThisMessyHappy come over my region or invite me to yours where u could train me for a one month bootcamp then i join you in a race then you can make a documentation video of turning a real normal person to a triathlon machine (no training and no experience) literately loll that could be more impressive
