I think she is really born for the screen, a face like that is once in a while: so beautiful, so magnetic, so intelligent, so innocent and pure (choosing her for Rose the Hat is borderline genius, props to the casting division; ageing is bringing that away a little and i'm angry with God), most of all so subtly expressive (she just needs to move her eyes to express things others would need to cry for). Pity she overacts a little when she needs to get dramatic: perfect roles for her would be quiet and almost repressed women who express feelings through eyes and little voice tone changing (her voice is amazing too, she has everything great: face, body, hair, voice, feet, hands)...no wonder her break-through role was Ilsa Faust (leggendary character really, so deep and subtle a lot of people barely get half of it)...was great this way in Life and The Snowman (despite both being pretty average movies, the latter very bad to me).
Shame Hollywood wasnt able to give her stunning beauty the roles it deserved. Even Ilsa got screwed at last. So sad for her, she had the potential to become a legend.
