I like how it always seems like the actors are actually glad to see Ali Plumb. those press junkets must be very stressful and probably unpleasant, so I do appreciate that Ali seems to give some kind of relief.
Call time is 7 or 8am, and they're there until 5/6pm, with a round-robin of interviewers every 10-15 minutes. That's why sometimes you see them with coffee/tea or little bits of food. And if the interviewers are asking the same thing over and over again, you can tell how they answer the question. But with Ali, they are genuinely happy when it's him because they remember him as the one with the best questions, apart from all the rest. And the conversation flows beautifully.

I'm so happy that Rebecca Ferguson's role is getting bigger in the Mission Impossible series. She was easily one of the best part of Rogue Nation and one of the best new character in the franchise starting with Rogue Nation and they utilized her more in Fallout and now Dead Reckoning. She deserves it, brilliant character played by a brilliant talented actress

I realise now actually that Mission Impossible has in fact been the best action franchise atm for really great layered unique female characters that aren’t tied to the main star. I mean that is compared to Fast & Furious which abides by most archetypes. I mean they add female characters only for them to do nothing, and the existing ones have had little to do or be of any substance or depth, mostly a wife or love interest. And guess what, no one has been complaining about wokeism either (surprising given most modern reactions to movies) because the writers and actors are just fantastic

She had a real ‘Xenia Onatopp’ (Goldeneye) (also Fatima Blush, Never Say Never Again) sort of energy, such a great screen presence, chewing the scenery with her insanity and intensity as a character, also fantastic facial expressions each time it cut back to her. Also her fight choreography was pretty damn excellent, i mean that quick bit of her taking out dudes in the train, flawless, more of her in action, and just more Pom she seems like a wonderful person
