- The only city in America where street racing will be legal. @Lead Foot City is developing a multi-purpose automotive and entertainment complex that will be the first of its kind in the United States.
It has been referred to as an “Automotive Theme Park” and will have everything from a 1/8 dragstrip that will simulate that you’re racing on a street, to a massive paved arena for drifting & autocross. As well as
the country’s only dedicated Burnout Pit for auto enthusiasts who want a safe place to burn some rubber.
The complex will also have a full-blown Amphitheater for concerts, a Convention Center for indoor events, and more. They also have the Gear Head Grille & Bar on site which offers American-style food and
drinks for eventgoers.
The facility is scheduled to be fully open in the Fall of 2024. Grew up in South Florida also WPB County until 09 then moved to Louisiana. But grew up racing at Moroso. Last I heard they sold it to Walmart to build warehouses or some shit. Glad to see a new track being built. If I moved it would be to this area to be close to Bradenton
